PLSQL blocks in 24R1

Hi,

It is highly probable that from 24R1 PLSQL blocks will not be available in Custom Events but also as DataSource for Lobby elements.

 

What is the planned solution for customers (Apps 9 10, current Cloud) who have created complex solutions and advanced lobbies based on this functionality (it has been available in IFS for a number of years now).

 

This should be communicated long ahead since PLSQL block in Events are commonly used even in Cloud projects that are currently in presales and implementation phase.

I hope that this is rather like “discourage” usage of PLSQL blocks in custom events becouse if it just stops working after customer upgrades his environment it wouldn’t be welcomed.
