Is there a cost involved in obtaining an IFS10 Cloud Update? If so, what's the $$$ amount?
We are currently on IFS10 Cloud UPD15. We want to go to the current latest UPD.

While the product is still within the standard support period, UPDs are included in the maintenance agreement and therefore provided free of charge. You can have a look at the following post for product maintenance schedule:
