When an Engineer creates work via the Service Engr MWO App, if they create ‘New Work’ using the option ‘Report Work I have Done’ when the Work Order is returned from MWO the Actual Hours Worked displays in the Work Assignment but it does not generate a Time Report for that User.

 

Without a Time Report there is no Cost Line and without a Cost Line we have no Sales Line.

Is it correct that the Time Report is not automatically created? How do we get the system to create a Time Report? Does this need to be manually done?

The concept today is to do this reporting manually. I like the idea of automatically creating this tough so could you please add this as an Idea
