I could have the scenario that the employee provides a notification because he/she is planning to leave. The notofication process could be started byt then through negociation the employee decides to stay with the company.
Is there a way to cancel/rollback the termination?
I did cancel the “Employment Termination Log” but it seems it just makes the the termination activities invalid only. This process is not rolling back all the dates (schedule, assignment, training … etc)
Is the best solution to change all the dates manually?
p.s. this scenario in not a rehire - where the employee was fully terminated and retuned. I am talking about cancelling the termination prior to the expexted emplo6ymkent end date.
