Hello,

We are using IFS Mobile 6.25.8597 (Rev.2) under Windows and are also testing the use under iOS. Here we use IFS Mobile 6.12.7886 (Rev.2). Do these versions correspond, or is there also a version 6.25.8597 under iOS?

Best regards

Hi shalikakk,

What is the process to get the app, and how do i set it up.

Is there a documentation for this available?

Best regards

Lars

@lgiessler

Please create a ticket in the support portal (software request) to obtain the latest iOS version. The iOS App is provided via Apple Business Manager to your company, As far as I remember this was initially setup during the implementation. However, it seems you didn’t receive any further updates when your environments were updated.

You can find more details on the iOS distribution in the attached guide.

Best regards
Roman

Hi @lgiessler

To get iOS app first you need to configer apple Business management account(ABM). check this link to get idea about Apple ABM.

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/apple-business-manager/axm402206497/web

After configuring Apple ABM you will get organization ID and name.

Then you need to make a request from the IFS side to get the iOS app. Include this organization ID and Name when you make a request.

Then we can sign iOS app for your organization. You can test the application using TestFlight before going to production. After the complete Apple review process we can send the iOS app to your ABM. You can manage the application through your ABM portal.

Best Regards

Thank you.
