Could you please share the latest version of MWO windows app installation files for APPS10. App required:  IFS_mWO_EAM  APP10, latest version in windows store (i think it is 10.22.1448.0)Platform :  Windows We have a secured environment and there is no internet connection on the devices.  So, need the installation file for app installation.

Hi All, It seems that it’s only possible to add fixed values as enums in a user task. Has someone succeed in using values from a IFS standard/custom enumeration? I assume we could fetch the values from the enumeration to the workflow execution using a projection call but the problem is how to bind the values to the enum type? Regards,Damith

Hi All,There is an issue I’m facing in IFS APP 10 environment regarding applying Availability control ID. When we set a value for ‘Default Part Availability bin value’ for the inventory location some of the inventory parts which are receiving to that location(Using move inventory part)  are getting the Availability control ID, but some are not.As far as I know all the inventory parts which are receiving to that location need to be applied with the Availability control ID. Can anyone understand the reason for this kind of an issue.Thanks,Nadeeka

Hi Experts, In MWO, move stock when i need to move stock from warehouse to my mobile warehouse VAN by a transport task, When click on add transport task and select the part it always comes the mobile warehouse location and i can not select the main warehouse pick up location, it is not even in LOV. please help me understand what is missing here or else is this the expected behavior? Thanks,Heshala.

Hello, I would like to ask, how can I cancel supplier prepayment tax document which is for 0 amout, but there was a payment paired to the invoice and the document was not created correctly. However the initial mixed payment was cancelled but I am still not able to cancel the invoice, since the reference is kept in the invoice.The prepayment tax document needs to be cancelled becauce in current state it cannot be added to the final invoice.  Thank you for any help

This means that, if in a variable there is a single quote, the Action fails.For example an Event that is fired when the master part is modified and it requires the description. DECLARE  description_  VARCHAR2(32000) := '&NEW:DESCRIPTION';  ...BEGIN  ... If the description is something like “This is the ‘description’”, the Action fails with an SQL sintax error.Is it possible to prevent such error ?

Hi everyone, Recently we upgraded our test system from IFS cloud version 22R2 to 23R2. We are noticing an issue around the EquipmentObject entity. Errors on the Equipment Object Navigator and Explore Equipment Objects forms. ODP_ILLEGAL_STATE: (Server Error) Unable to fulfill the request due to unexpected server state. Unable to fulfill the request due to unexpected server state.  The above is the error being seen when navigating to these forms Additional error detail ​​​​​​​Using the ifs developer studio, I tried to redeploy the EquipmentObjectNavigatorHandling projection file. I simply get the following error message: Even attempting to deploy another entity that has a dependency to EquipmentObject we see that error. The model file clearly exists   Notes / Things tried:Reconfigured / restarted middle tier server There are no custom attributes applied against the EquipmentObject entity Any help or other things to try would be appreciated. Thanks,LEdwards

Hello, I am hoping to clarify something with regard to Phantom part settings. If you use the Phantom Planning Method or set the part on a product structure to Phantom Consume, that means the part with backflush components of the part if none are in stock, correct? As an example Sub Component 123 is made of parts 321 and 456. If you set PN 123 to Phantom or Phantom Consume on the product structure of the part it goes into, if you have nothing in stock of 123, it will backflush 321 and 456 if they are in stock?will IPAP continue to show demand for part 123? I am seeing that it does in both instances (Phantom and Phantom Consume settings).Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Good afternoon!Can anyone help me? We make some purchases with suppliers that they sell to us in multiples of 100 (100 - 200 - 300 -...) and not 250. If 250 is requested, the system should change the quantity to 300. Does anyone know of a solution for this em purchase order?

Hi Experts:We have the following requirement in PSO.Customer uses Sub Contractors(Defined as a Resource Type) for handling their jobs and the requirement is at least they need to be plannned for 6 hours of jobs per day unless they should not be used.How can we make sure this in PSO?Could we use any PSO Rules but I dont see any matching rule for this except to limit Maximun working hours. Hi Experts,I am loading following Appointment Request and after processing no error can be seen. But when I check the history I could not see any data there. Please refer attached xmls Load file and Appointment request.Please help to answer the following question. Do I need to Specify the Datset_id in the input file when there are many data sets? There are no errors in the Events  But I don't see any history? How do I know whether PSO processed an offer request successfully? What I am missing here.Many Thanks,Kasun

(This is observed even before entering the user credentials to log in) IAM Identity Provider :-  Any suggestions on how to rectify this problem?Many thanks in advance.

Hi,In the Alliance 15.4 SU7, we still have the transaction : PSA Task Templates(we also have some other PSA transactions)I know that the PSA Center is not available, but I wonder if we have a risk to use this transaction only to define Task Templates.Some prospects or customers have “project management” activities and even if the PSA center is not available we could use this transaction to define templates, but we need to be sure that this transaction will not be decommissioned in a future update.Thanks and Regardsanthony

Due to that, we cannot identify the source Ref / Origin for which these WOs are created (PM action, Work request, Service request, Service Quotation, etc..)How can we know what source created the WOs without job tasks and templates?Is there any field/tab/window for that?Thank you

Hello Good Folks in the Community,I’ve encountered an issue where “Project Transactions” created off of direct inventory issues to a Project Activity, doesn’t fetch the “Sales Price” from a “Specific Sales Prices” defined against the same Project. Environment - Apps 10Version - UPD 12See the following scenario: The Project in question has a “Specific Sales Price” (with a mark up %) defined against a “Material” type Report code (as highlighted in screenshot below) in “Project Setup Parameters” > “Pricing” tab. However, after Issuing some “Parts” against a Project Activity and execute the “Create Project Transaction” command in “Project Materials and Services” page resulting dialog box shows me that my “Internal Price” (Part Cost x Qty) is as same as the “Sales Price” (despite having a Specific Sales Price defined in the Project). Consequently the resulting “Project Transaction” has the “Internal Price” as the “Sales Price”, but i am expecting the Sales Price to be “Internal Price” x

Specifically, I am seeking clarification on whether it is feasible to relocate a serial object while in the "Observe the Service Object 360" page view, with 0 Active Requests and 0 Active Work Tasks, but with 1(1) Contract and 1(1) Recurring Program, as indicated in the attached Service Object 360 page.Despite numerous attempts, I encountered difficulty in moving the object, with an error message stating, "Service lines connected to this Object or its structure are already used in a Work Order or a PM action and cannot be deleted." To address this, I navigated to the relevant "Recurring Service Program" and adjusted the statuses of all requests to "Closed". Hi IFS Community, We have two remote instances named UAT and PROD. We are currently on IFS Cloud 22R2 SU5. The SFTP reader/sender is configured on UAT environment and public/private key-based authentication is set up between the middle-tier cluster and the SFTP server. The SFTP reader and the sender was working without any issues since the initial setup was completed.Recently we performed a database refresh on UAT using the PROD database backup.
