Using DMM, I have setup a migration object for Customers.  I’ve added all the target tables and performed some of the mappings.  I then realized I forgot a specific target table, so I created it and added it to the Migration Object.  You can then go to Mapping where you can add it to Legacy Tables With Locked Loads no problem.  However, when you go to mapping detail, it never shows up in the list of target tables.  I always have to create a new migration object separately to do the mapping and migration of this.  Anyone else run into this?

We are currently calling IFS REST API CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderSet from our external tool to create customer order.The Customer Order Set POST method allow to creat one single order, is there a way to pass multiple order information in the same call? like an array of orders to create.  

Hi All, When I try to initialize  the mobile device, the following error comes on the mobile error log. EXCEPTION Message: unable to open database file ... An employee accidentally made the operation status closed, I want to undo this operation.To do that, right click on the relevant line in Cancel Operation Reports and the error shown in the picture see below. I cannot solve this error.  

We are pushing a lot for using the  CRM Panel because the best place for Salesmen to interact with the CRM is within the context of an email.But we found some basic limitations.When creating a Lead in CRM Panel, the only available fields are (Name, Title, Phone no, and Mobile No); how can we add these basic fields from the lead master data (Stage, Potential, Source, Market, Notes) 

I had this working once and now it has stopped working.  I am not sure what changed between 22R1 and 22R2.  Even trying to run manually does not work.Once a purchase order is authorized, we would like the PO to go to released status.  We had this working with Automatic Order Processing.  Any ideas based on my settings?  One thing I did notice after deleting the job and trying to rebuild it, it is asking for something in the coordinator field.  We have 60 coordinators, so tried using % and it will not accept it. 

Hello to everyone,We’re looking to work with mobile devices and found that when the Work Task is trasferred to the mobile, we cannot anymore update the status from IFS Cloud (even if we use the APIs, please see screenshot below). Does IFS have API/Projections that updates Mobile (which will update later IFS Cloud)?  

I have 2 dropdowns in mass update screen. I want to disable one of them based on a condition. How can I achieve that? 

Hi experts 😊,Hoping for a resolution for the following issue.Created a Kanban Circuit for a Part with Replenish Type: Location Next, created a background job via Kanban Reorder Point Request; However, the background job does not execute and gives a warning as “Replenishment request failed to create a transport task for the kanban circuit xxx. Verify inventory exists to transport.” Hence the transport task cannot be generated.Waiting for your valuable insights on what would be the reason and how to resolve this issue. Thank you 😊

dear all, we want to create an event below.I need a SQL query and steps to create this. I would be very happy if you could explain it step by step as I am a beginner.When a purchase request is created for purchasing materials with a standard package size larger than 1, we want the user to receive a warning on the screen: 'You can only enter the quantity in x (standard package size) or its multiples of the purchased material. 

Unsure if I am missing something. Is there a reason why the Startup behvaiour section isnt available on some screens?Part Cost as an example below, 

Hi,We are using App9 and looking for a solution to handle Employee Payments Using ISO20022.As of now we do not use HCM module and the Employee Expense system is separated from IFS.We have requirement to make the employee payments through IFS and using ISO20022. We will be moving IFS Cloud in few years time.What is the best approach handle this in App9? We have some thoughts around this and have identified few options. But, not sure which is best and simple.Register Employees as Suppliers and integrate with Employee Expense system to create a external supplier invoice. Create Employees as External Payment Recipients and generate a Non-Supplier Payment with a integration. Is there a External File Template for loading a Non-Supplier Payment ? Use the HR module and register Employees in IFS. Use Employee Payments. We do not want a heavy setup HR module that make it complicated.ThanksGayan

Hi,I am working for a customer who is upgrading from IFS9 to IFS Cloud.What I want to achieve is to get the Map Position set on the Work Order and to forward this to the Work Task. So I tried that but the Work Task does not inherit the Map Position. I have tried multiple settings in the Object Transformations.These are the settings I used (first only with JtTask and ActiveSeparate and later with WorkOrder) Can someone tell me what needs to happen to achieve what I want?

Do you have to have ‘administrator’ system privilege to be able to modify ‘Scheduled Database Tasks’ set up by another user?Re help notes: View Schedule: navigates to the relevant task schedule. Once the task schedule is opened the schedule can be edited if necessary. but editing of the schedule is allowed only for the creator of the schedule or an administrator. User receiving the error ‘You are not allowed to change this schedule XXXX, since it was not scheduled by you’. 

I selected a locale, PT-BR, on my FSM user settings. Unhappily a few menu did not receive a translation and they still listed on the main menu in English.Does any one knows how to translate this items. I already tried to use use the message translation on it, but it didn´t work. I Still have an option “STOCK”, on the main menu, and not “ESTOQUE” as expected.

Hi IFS Guru, I am trying to down load the list of WOs through Active Work Order ( Maintenance>Work Management>Preparation and Planning>Active Work Order) in Excel format, all the tables was downloaded except the Object Description is not get downloaded in Excel, it is showing on the screen in the same column as “ Object and their description) but when downloaded in excel only Object ID is downloaded, even in the Column Chooser option Object Description field is not available, is there any way around to get this downloaded from Active Work Order.Object Description is important for us for the scheduling purpose otherwise we would have to download from Functional Object and match it with the list from Active Work Order, which is not a practical solution. We are using IFS Cloud Web version: 22.2.8.20230509084539.0. Appreciate your help on this ! Regards Shez

Hi,The documentation on NotifyMe App, describes a step to “Register the Mobile App”.Is there a document explaining the process? [IFS Cloud - 23R1 UPD 6] My Status:I have created the Azure Notification Hub. And the notifications are received to the Notification Hub.Which means the Notifications are sent from IFS Cloud successfully to the notification hub. i.e. Application parameters in IFS Cloud are correctly defined. The Notification Hub metrics shows that the requests have failed. Understandably this is due to not setting up the Google and Apple settings which requires keys from the development team.Thank you,Sanjaya

Hello, I have a situation like the one in the picture below. The scheduling period is two days and activity duration is very short(3min).I would like to show "part Stock level" in a spaced out and visually understandable way. Could I focus on just one day? is it possible to zoom in or enlarge “Allocation over time” only for visualization purposes?I would like to show clearly what is happening in terms of the part stock level (Resource -Part Tab) and the chart trend (es: up and down)Is there any way to see this graph in a better way?  ThanksStefania

When I try to generate with Work Order Criteria Generation from this screen  I’m getting the following error details. I notice that it’s traying to generate also Calendar based WO. And below, I’m getting status of unfinished WO.Does someone have an explanation? Great thanksBest regards 

Hi All,I’m trying to find a way to get a table sorted (decr) at the opening of a specific screen (Shop orders).I’ve been through a lot of topic, but cannot find my answer nor a list of syntax possibilities. The issue I face is not about setting a behavior at the page startup, which can be done easily, but rather how to sort a table based on a specific field (Start Date) with advanced search. If someone has an idea about that or documentation about IFS Aurena Advanced search (no SQL), I’m all ears ! Thanks, 

Dear All, Playing around with the IFS MWO Service app for Cloud. One of the features is the ‘New Request Quotation’. When you click it you get a window where you need to enter 4 mandatory fields: Description Customer Service Service Organization Description and customer are no issue. But under ‘Service’ and ‘Service Organization’ my drop down menu’s remain empty. Where do I add information so that these become available? For Service Organization => In IFS app I did find a window called ‘Service Organization’ and I added some default in but this does not seem to go through to the MWO app. Is this the correct window?  And for the ‘Service’ field, I don’t have any ideas. :-) Thanks for your help. Best RegardsRoel
