+21Just wondering if we have a number of LTU users, are these easily turned into full license users (if license limit is not reached yet). So Donald is now an LTU user, but tomorrow will be a full license user due to change in career path.
Likewise, is it possible to turn a full license user into an LTU user?

This is pretty straight forward. If you assign a non LTU permission set to a user marked as an LTU user, the use will automatically become a full user. Other end of the spectrum, if you revoke all the non LTU permission sets from a full user and grant the full user just a LTU permission set, the full user will become a LTU user.
