Hi experts 😊

There is an issue of Travel Button not available in Work Details. When the work is accepted, there need to be a Travel button for the worker to set its status before Start Work.

However, Travel Button is available in My Work Window

Issue affects for every user.

Workflow Configuration allows Travel.

Does not have multiple Workflow Configurations with the same filtration but different weight.

All other Travel related actions are available from Work Details (Stop, Pause, Continue)

 

I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on the actions required to visualize the Travel button in Work Details.

And Can I know the cloud version?

Can you check the applied workflow configuration and back office are the same?
(you can find the applied workflow configuration under task information in work details mobile)

Yeah both are the same and Allow Travel is toggled on.

This doesn’t sound like a functional issue. As I can see, there is the space available for the Travel command in the Work Details page header but just the command is not visible.

One place to check is Apps for Page Designer. Please check to see if the Travel command has been hidden there on the Work Details page.

Thank you for your attention.

I followed the instructions, and the issue is similar..

Even though Travel appeared in My Work, it disappeared in Work Details

That means someone has removed the Travel option from Work Details page via the page designer. If you revert that configuration, you should see the Travel option in mobile client.

You should be able to see the current configurations in Page Configurations page in Aurena.

Checked in Page Designer. Travel is not removed in Work Details in there also.

I forgot to check whether the Travel is marked Visible. So, after marking it, The Travel was visible. And the issue was resolved.
