Disable travel to / from customer

Hi what would be the best approach if we want to disable ‘’start to” , ‘’arrival from’’ & distance from (km) , IF the activity is Officeadmin?

What field do I choose in the ‘’invisible ‘’ section.

I have tried doing it using your credential in our QA, but I don’t have any issue.

You may create a support ticket and send the database backup and your current customizer files to IFS.

Hi Nazish,

 

Please select Activity(bpart_id) in the condition part when disabling or making it invisible.

Thanks Joshua , Thats what i thought but Activity(bpart_id) doesnt show up in my dropdown list.

Not sure why you don’t see all option. Have you already customized this Activity screen? If you scroll down, you still cannot see it?

nope cannot see Activity(bpart_id) anywhere in the list & customizing this for the first time.

Tried in employee portal and its says limited editing options?
