Hi, The end point I am wanting to post to is expecting some custom values to be sent with a repeating element name of customfieldname and customfieldvalue. I have three to pass in this example. The XML structure in the log is correct. However the value for the ‘customfieldvalue’ is only picking up the quantity and placing that in the first customfieldname.                             <customfields>                                <customfield>                                    <customfieldname>FSM_PART_NUMBER</customfieldname>                                    <customfieldvalue>1.0000000000</customfieldvalue>                                </customfield>                                <customfield>                                    <customfieldname>SUPPLIER_PART_NUMBER</customfieldname>                                    <customfieldvalue />                                </customfield>                          

Hi,I have created a report using instant_invoice_rep view with archive view but I need some fields from invoice view. I have added the invoice view and linked it from the instant_invoice_rep view to the invoice view using company and invoice_id and it works on my crystal developper part but when I call it from ifs it doesn’t work : the report is empty (i have added grant select to ifsprint on invoice view but the report is still empty...could you help me ?

In the dispatch console in the Astea browser you have the gps icon which is displayed when there is some gsp data available for the tech. The customer is asking what are the rules to display this icon. We know that the tech should be cloked in, but if the gpsdata are the sameday in the past and there is no data at present the icon should be displayed also ? Is there a kind of real time refresh of this icon or the system is looking at each x minutes the gpsdata table to find records and display this icon on the screen ?Thanks for your feebackrgdsChristophe

Hello everyone. When a user, while filling out a survey, revises an answer to a previous question, it results in the deletion of all subsequent answers.Example: user answers the questions in a survey and reaches question 12. Then the user modifies the answer to question 4. As a result, answers to questions 5 to 12 are lost.Is there a way to alter this behavior and make sure answers are not automatically deleted?

Hi AllWhen creating a new employee, I cannot figure out from where the values for the work address and the work location are fetched. I thought its from Company details > Offices, but the work mobile isn’t a part of it. Good morning Everyone,We have a doubt considering stock movement in IFS APP 10.Besides permission sets, availability controls and controls on sites, warehouses, locations and inventory parts, is there a way in IFS to control whether a user ou usergroup can access or not access a specific inventory location or inventory location group, besides all of the above?So for example, can we user by user, or user group by user group control which inventory locations or inventory location groups they can or cannot have access to?Thanks in advance for your inputs,Carlos Mendes 

Hello to the community I have a question regarding time registration bookings; i have project transactions which have valid postings and are approved (time bookings done from 01/04 to 05/04)   I then run the “transfer cost accounting” task today but get the following error message  : I am wondering if the dates are an issue here, can i run the action in the current month or do you have any other clue on the possible reasons for that ? Thank you

Hello everybody,I would like to know if there is a way to automatically generate several Lot Batch No. (one Lot Batch No. per position) when creating a Shop Order. The article is set to Many Lots per Production Order. But a Lot Batch No. is only created automatically if "One Lot per Production Order" is set in the article.  -->Then it is only one, and we would really need a separate Lot Batch No. for each article of the Shop Order.   Hope somebody can help me. Thank you!

I want to create a workflow wherefor my input I want to first run a query to assemble all my data andthen I want to use that data to execute an update an entity. I was looking at the workflow API READ calls but I could not manage to get it working to fetch data for example from a quick report? (Not sure which entityset to use?) Is there a way to feed data into a workflow action using a query. Thing is that for a lot of actions you want to first assemble the data (like you do with cursors in PL/SQL) and then you execute the action on it using an API Call.  Is there any option/alternative for this in workflows?A quick report? An IAL source? Hi, Can anyone help with below queries ? User is trying  to connect an equipment object to a document revision, whether object ID has period sign.Error raised and cannot connect the object.“Invalid use of data delimiter in object type EquipmentObject.If one of the values contains a period, you can use a comma, semicolon, or colon as a delimiter instead.” Question 1: Is there any specific reason as to why period sign needs to be avoided ? Question 2: Then as a workaround, if you connect the object using objects tab in the document revision form, object description is not displayed until you save the record. (However the object can be connected without getting the delimiter error).Is this something that should be corrected, so that user can see the description, before saving the record ? Test Flow:Open Document revision form. We are using IFS Cloud 23R2 SU4.When we use Repository ‘File Storage’, we have noticed that the file name uploaded to the Windows share repository appears to have been encrypted and differs from what was uploaded by the user.If we check through the application and look at the database tables, there is no mention of this file name.Previously using FTP repository in Apps 10, it would store the file with a name like 3001-2279139-1-REV00-1See below snip shows 1st record uploaded from Cloud (File Storage) vs others from Apps 10 (FTP): Do we know what is causing this and if this is a security feature that could be turned off? 

Hello everyone, I was wondering if there was a way to automatically send task/tasks to MWO Service without having to click on "Transfer to Mobile". Ex: If all tasks are assigned to a resource that has MWO app, then automatically they are transferred to mobile. Can anyone help me with this?

Received a case on the following from one of the customer. After the new UPD, they observed this change and inquired more info on that.In overview tables, longer text are wrapped with the following approach in latest UPDs of App10 (ex: UPD 19, 20..) However in older UPDs (such as 8, 9), the approach is different. If it is multiline with line breaks or not, the appearance is same in the overview.What is the design requirement behind this change and in which UPD version, this change was introduced?

UPLOAD DOCUMENT IN DOCUMENT REVISION WINDOW ERROR IS SHOW SCREENSHOT IS ATTACHED THANKS IN ADVANCE.  

When a specific user tries to load customers on the customer analysis screen, they receive the error “Invalid Table Name. Failed executing query (ORA-00903: invalid table name)”.This issue only affects this user who has all the permissions that seem necessary and on a test database can access this fine.When I look at the query being ran that throws the error, for the user the table name “ledger_item_cu_det_qry_cfv” is missing. For any other user this table name is present in the query and they can load customers on this screen. Any ideas?

Hello I have a structure of all objects with serial control.I create a structure and place one of the repeating pieces in a different position.The "Manage Template Structure" is perfectly created by placingTP-02,R01 Position 2TP-02,R01 position 8The structure is activated.The problem occurs when transferring the structure; I get the following error:The template for TP-02,R01 exists more than once in the structure of TP-01,R01.If it is true that they are repeated, it is possible that there are two of them and they are in different positions.
