How the data in Executed By field updated in Historical Work Order

It is not possible to set a value for this field and it is no longer used. IIRC, this field “Executed By” was available in Prepare Work Order/ Active Work Order windows in earlier versions to APP10. As per the standard design, from APP10 onwards, this field was removed. Therefore it is not possible to set a value for this field and as a result the field is empty in Historical Work Orders window as well.
