Request work task status cannot be changed to work done

Hi,

I have a question and I need your help.

I have a request work task that I have completed it in mobile work order but still, the status in Cloud remains ,,work started,,. If I try to change it manually, it tells me that I have an active assignment, but in MWO the only assignment I had is completed. Do you have any idea why this is happening and how to set the status to work done? I am using IFS Cloud 24.1

Solution Manager>Configuration>Lobby>Lobbies>MOBILE APP STATUS is a good starting point. Check the failed and queued transactions. If you don’t find any, check MWO>Sync Monitor>Transactions.

It appears that the message of Completion against the Work Assignment either hasn’t been processed by Cloud yet, or has got stuck/errored. Have you been able to check the Mobile Logs within IFS Cloud? Has MWO been Sync’d successfully?

I found the problem in failed transactions. It was due to a configuration that the technical team did. thanks for your help. BR, Miruna
