Resource Creation - Unable to add Maintenance Site setting

Hello,

 

I am implementing the setup of Resources for my customer on IFS Cloud 23R2. However I can’t manage to add a line in the SITE SETTINGS tab of the MAINTENANCE/SERVICE tab of a person resource : Ifs won’t let me save the line even if I fill in all the mandatory or not mandatory fields.

By enabling the log, I get the folowing error :

DEBUG - Empty required attributes: ResourceConnectionSeq

The issue is this field is not displayed in IFS in standard, and even if I add It with Page designer, I do not know what to put in it.

==> Has anyone encountered the same issue and managed to find a solution ?

Hi @ArcPierreL,

Have you added the Site in the Connections tab? If you first add it there, save and refresh the record, I believe it should then let you save it under Maintenance/Service.

Yes I did.
However after we upgraded to 23r2.6 we no longer have this issue. Seems like lhe bug is fixed.
