What field in DB does response for size of the box on Scheduling timeline ?

In workorder table duration field shows correct number, but on Scheduling timeline it is too big. What field is using to show the size of the box ?

    Hi Nataliya,

    Assuming you are referring to the jobdursec column in the WorkOrder table, this represents the allocated time to complete a particular job.

    The box displayed on the scheduling timeline for that specific order is based on the fields scheduledatetime and scheduleenddatetime found in the WorkOrderSummary table. You can also add these fields to your MWM Office under the Order’s panel view.
