Event "PDF_REPORT_CREATED" does not work in 23R2.

Hello everyone,

When I try to trigger this EVENT with this configuration :

 

I receive the email, but the PDF is corrupted.
When I look at the contents of the &PDF_FILE variable, I was expecting a BASE64 code but I get this: 

###606fd624-e43e-43cb-92da-6839930f3736###30276###31040###Commande d'achat_2.pdf


And I think that's where the problem lies.
Have you ever had this happen?

Does the PDF display at all?  We don’t get errors on ours, just empty PDFs.

The PDF is not included in the e-mail.

I found it... you need to specify the "&PDF_FILE" variable by selecting the "From File" box:

@MWitczak  empty pdf files can be due to an bug introduced in one of the service updates (I thought somewhere in march, so if you are not up to date, you can check if a service update would fix it.

I read the same regarding the bug fix in the update(s).

We were on 23R1U10 when the issue presented itself, although we just updated to 23R2U3.  We are going to monitor the issue and see if it has been resolved via the upgrade.

Hi @kvbe 

 

I'm testing sending the order form by email and I don't receive the email on AURENA. It works, but I've switched to Cloud 24R1.

Can you please tell me if there is a difference? 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My mail sender works well because when I do this action I receive the mail.
