Data Migration Manager - Validate Basic Data

I validated the Basic Data while transferring it from the Input Container to the Output Container, and also by the options available in the Output Container. I know that US is a Country Code transferred to the Basic Data Container, still the message is Validation Failed for Country DB. Shouldn’t it be validated Ok? Am I missing any steps?

Hi @Addomaby

If you want to validate your master and transactional data against the basic data container then you also have to “Validate Meta Data”, Validate “Basic Data” and “Approve Basic Data Records” in the specific target table of the basic data container.

So have you already validated and approved your ISO_COUNTRY values in the Basic Data Container

If not then please do that and after that do your validation in the Output Container again.

Beside of that your ISO LANGUAGE must be in lower case (transformation rule).

Thank you again @Jens .

I saw that you wrote the same in your previous answer to me but I had forgotten and was a bit stalled by the error message.

Your answer helped me solve the issue.
