We are getting “An error occured while downloading Security Policy” alert popup while login into Astea Mobile Native App on Windows.
Recently We upgraded to Version 14 HF29 in production.
After go live we took a database backup and restore it on QA environment.
After restoration we are getting this error while login into Astea Mobile Native App on Windows.

Go to the Security Sox module in the back-end application and click on the Attachments icon, there's an entry you can specify in there that shows the picture on the login screen on the back-end application and on the mobile application (if that attachment DOES NOT EXIST in the attachment share folder any longer, mobile will throw an error and not let you log in, solution is to delete the attachment or upload one so it exists on the server...
