Community, I see IFS Cloud introduced a new order called “Shipment Order”, from what it described, it is pretty much like APP10 Distribution Order. anybody has any experience with it, what’s the difference between these two? Thank you.

IFS Cloud 24R2;The scenario is such that there is a Business Opportunity for an Account and this is driven by a Consulting firm, I wish to add this Consulting firm as a Contact on the Business Opportunity. I have created a new Business Opportunity using the following steps :1.Using the New Business Opportunity wizard 2.Added Mandatory Description , selected and Account and Currency3.Viewed the Business Opportunity4.In the Contacts section, I have added a new contact 5.Selected an Account whose Category is ‘Other’6.Selected a Contact for that Account7.Application prompt - Do you want to add this account into related accounts - selected yes8.Contact line and Related Accounts line is populated correctly. Problem :When I go into the Account Contact screen for the additional contact I added, the Business Oppotunity section does not show the Business Opportunity to which this Contact was added.In addition, when I press the Connect Command Button and attempt to link the Business Opportunity,

Hi,The database task “Generate Timrep Intervals and Hours” should also automatically generate the results for deviation absences, as described in the community post below: I could not figure out why, the results for the deviation absence im my case is not getting created.The system shows, that the day has a deviation absence active. However, the background job has not generated anything for this case (Public holiday compensation and other functionalities work fine) .Any hint to the right direction is highly appreciated :)KR,Anny 

Hello community,When trying to navigate to source from GL Balance Drill Down, it is trying to navigate to below path. I have read other posts on the community saying that BR system parameters must be set up with URL etc. However the parameter is removed from the page. I have read BR system parameters on the online documentation and it says basically the parameter is moved to system parameters and must be entered there.https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/050_reporting/256_br_and_a/030_business_reporter/032_br_configuration/021_br_system_params/#url_navigation When I check the System Url parameter on the mentioned page the value is correct. Do you have any suggestion or alternative solution?  I’m rather new to the use of assystREST API, and I do apologize if this is blindingly obvious. I’ve tried using the Assyst wiki assystREST_More_Examples article as a guide, but I’ve come up short. Is it possible to get all attachments from an event using a single rest query?When using the query below the “Event attachments” are returned, however none of the “Action Attachments” are part of this response. GET http://:/assystREST/v2/events/[eventId]/attachments  I have attempted using the actions endpoint, however that does not return any of the “Event Attachments”, and this returns all the actions, not just the attachments. GET http://:/assystREST/v2/actions?eventId=[eventId]&fields=attachments  I’ve so far thus been unable to get a single request response, and i’m unsure as how to structure more advanced queries. In the same line of inquiry, I’ve been trying to lookup get all open events that are within a certain siteArea. This is trivial using the assyst GUI, however using REST I

I have created and released a “Request for Agreement Quotation” request. Is there a button or option to print the “Request for Agreement Quotation” report directly from this screen?I was able to print it from “Order Report” but I am wondering if there is supposed to be a button or option on the Request for Agreement Quotation Details page to print it from there - similarly how Customer Order has a “Print Order Confirmation” button/command at the Customer Order header.

Hello IFS Community, Hello IFS Community,I recently created a quick report in IFS Cloud, and I noticed a red line under the column chooser option. This line seems to divide the fields into two groups: those that appear in the report and those that do not.How can I configure the report to ensure all fields, including those below the red line, are displayed in the report? 

Hello IFS Community, In IFS Cloud, I can navigate to the entity page and view the API and Package tabs. However, how can I determine the required parameters for a function or method when searching for a package under the entity page? For example, in the case of Inventory Part => Get_Description, I can see the function or method name, but I am unable to find the details of the parameters it requires. Is there a way to view the parameters? fyi. my question is not about retrieving the description data. I am looking to understand how to locate and learn about the required parameters. Please, provide some screenshot for easy understanding. :-)  Thanks,JL

Hello,maybe someone knows which projection in permission sets is responsible for the possibility to see what documents are connected to the business object?We need to create a user role which will be able only to view information in the system and cannot change anything. When making DOCMAN projections as read-only, then system doesn’t provide what documents are attached to the certain business object.I see the number of attached documents, but not the information of those attachments.Please help to understand what setup should be to see attachments.:)Thanks beforehand

I’m using ETM1.7 and am trying to debug a data mapper that was created previously.  One of the Search criteria used on a Variable assyst search on an Event has “disableExpetionOnMaxRecords” set to ‘true’.I searched the wiki but am unable to find any info on this.Does anyone have any insight as to what this is used for? 

we have the above Active Object, and we need to scrap it.system display the above error message.I checked the voucher type and it’s relation with user group and there is no issue.the process is working for all sites, only site 125 is not working with it.it is the first time we scrap object in site 125please advise.

Good day.  We are still experiencing issues to Edit a Travel Request.  I am able to edit a TR created for a subordinate but when trying to edit a TR for my Supervisor/another team member, I get this error::Please can you confirm what the setup should look like for an Access Role that will allow editing/modifying of a TR?  No problems are experienced to register the TR.Thank you.Anya

We have set up the basic data for voucher approval, as simple as possible:The Approval Combination Rule allows for all code part values. The Voucher approvers are connected to the Approval Combination Rule and have large Max Amounts in Accounting currency (the vouchers we have tested with have smaller amounts). We have two Approver Assigning Rules in state Active with different (sequential) amount limits and connected to the Voucher Group M. Starting value is 5000 since we do not want to approve low amounts. The approver is not the same user as the user creating the vouchers.No approval is required on any of our test vouchers. We then update the USER per Voucher Series so to the option from Enter and Approve to Enter Only.Then the approval functionality kicks in but we have two issues:Now every voucher needs to be approved, even the low amount vouchers that we do not want to have to approve. The Approval Assigning Rules do not kick in. It seems any Approval User can approve.Any ideas? 

has the Handling units (list view) screen been removed in cloud ? or moved to another location currently visable in EE apps10 

Hello, I have setup Personal Data Management to anonymize the customer email address. The solution seems to work well. What I don’t understand is the following:is this just hiding the data on client side or did it really updated the value in the DB to m*********** for the email address?We are also using the email address setup in communication method to also send the invoices automatically to the customer by email every time an invoice is printed/posted. Does that mean that after anonymizing the email address it will try to send invoices per email to m*********** and the email will fail?Tagging @dsj Damith as I read some older where you have worked with Personal Data Management functionality.

Hi Experts,If I setup a bucket resource, I am not getting ‘Company Settings’ tab in the resource. Hence, I am not able to make a bucket resource a MWO user. Is this the design thinking behind bucket resources when it comes to MWO ?. Or is there any other way to make a bucket resource using MWO ? What versions of Camunda and JavaScript are used in our Workflow/BPA? For example, one of my colleagues has noticed that the findIndex() method is not supported, while indexOf() works fine. Additionally, using let as an alternative to var doesn't seem to work, and const is not supported either.

IFS Cloud “Service Contract” page has a command button called “Refresh Lobby Data”. What is the intent of this button? When users create Customer Invoices connected to service contracts (either via Service Contract Invoice plan or Work Order specific sales invoices), how is this revenue updated to the system (Analysis for Servce Contract page) so that one can see it from the page charts? I’ve generated customer invoices but the Service Contract analysis “revenue” graphs will not react to this in any way. It seems that the analysis page uses a IFS Lobby element called REVENUE TYPE ANALYSIS, which is a standard lobby element managed by IFS RnD
