Hello, I am trying to create a new report rule that helps me to print the only handling unit layout that was created for the specific layout.  I have created the rule like this:  Expression 1 :  I have tried both APTR and ‘APTR’  for the Expression 2. Only one part number is going to be related for only one specific customer. That’s why i have referenced sales part cross reference. And also part nos are same with the catalo nosThis label should have been printed on the shop order handling unit structure , before packing. When i print this label from the shop order , i am waiting from that system that i chooses the correct layout for me.  But it still chooses the labels according to the report definition sequence.  I want the system to choose the label i have defined on the action of the report rule.

I am trying to import an IFS REST - Partner Connector Operation in Boomi for a StandardEntity (BusinessMailEntity) but I am getting the “Unable to browse connector: Projection not found, or not Included in Compatibility Application Type”.Things I have done:I’ve activated it in the API Explorer screen. I have granted my Boomi Service User the permissions to that projection. I’ve also tested the calls in Postman using our boomi connector set up and it works fine but not in Boomi. In Boomi, I’ve tried all combinations of Actions and Projection Category when importing the projection but no luck.I have been successful with importing a “Standard” API but I have not done “StandardEntity” before.Am I missing a step that I need to do for Boomi to recognize a StandardEntity API?

Hi teamI would like to understand the functionality behind the “Use Default Payment Method for Installments” option under the Supplier/Payment Tab.I know that when this toggle is enabled, the default payment method is updated in the supplier invoice or installment plan. However, my question is:When this toggle is enabled, is there a limitation that restricts payments to the default payment method only?I have the following scenario:The above toggle is enabled for the supplier. The supplier’s default payment method is ACH, but CHK is also connected. I hve created an invoice so the payment method in installment plan is ACH Create the payment proposal and the Payment method % -So my invoice is included to the payment proposal But when I try to create the payment order for the payment method CHK,I get below errorI noticed that I can make a payment using CHK if I disable the “Use Default Payment Method for Installments” toggle under the supplier.Could you explain why the system restricts me

I have found quite a bit of useful information - but I have some questions: How can we restrict the products the cutsomer sees when creating a new service order? How do we restrict the request types?    Is it possible to cuustomize the open order page?

I have a question regarding Shop Order Req (SOR) vs Shop Order (SO) start dates once they are manually created. We are using infinite capacity, along with backwards scheduling. MRP is driving the SORs and start dates. When manually converting SORs based on SOR start dates, the created SO has a different start date than the SOR originally had. i.e. We review SORs 1-2 days before the the start dates and manually create SOs from then. I would expect the newly created SOs to have the same start dates as the SOR we just converted, but at times they differ.  Looking for feedback on what cause the the SOR and SO start dates to differ?

Hi everyone,I am testing the Service Management in Cloud (R24.1.5) and I have created notes to see in MWO. However, although they are apparently syncronised to mobile, they are not displayed in MWO. I am able to see the Service Notes per Task but not the service notes for the whole Request.Any idea?Thanks in advance.Regards,Irene

IFS version:  IFS Cloud 24R1SU5 I have an event action (workflow) that I would like to activate when a custom attribute from an Event has certain values: Custom attribute is titled “INVENTORY_FLAG” and defined below:Purchase_Part_API.Get_Inventory_Flag(&NEW:CONTRACT, &NEW:PART_NO) The possible values returned from this custom attribute are “Inventory Part”, “Non Inventory Part” or NULL.  I would like the workflow to run when the value returned is “Non Inventory Part” or NULL.  Will the following satisfy that?  I worry about NULL...  

I have created an import template to populate the Notes field on Installed items. It works for most of the items (I import about 5000), but fails on about 20% - with the error being that the serial is not unique. But I have checked in items-table, and it is unique. Here is the error (for one line):

Can anyone advise what my expectations should be in Cloud with regards to clicking a field name in order to sort results? The screenshot below is in Material/Services (Project Definition).  I clicked Supply Option and it sorted by this field (confirmed by the up-pointing carat) but we were process testing in Receipts earlier today and clicking fields in the header didn’t appear to work.  My colleague and I have encountered this in other screens too.  I’m hoping it should be available view/application-wide …??   Thanks!Linda

There is no active application version for [ScanIt]."All the necessary Wadaco client settings have been correctly configured, and the required permissions are granted for my user. Additionally, I have downloaded the latest version of the IFS Scan It app from the App Store.I’d appreciate it if you could provide a resolution or guidance to resolve this issue.  

Hi Team,We have below requirement:We have implemented budget control in IFS only on certain ‘controlled’ WBS (activities), there are other activities which have a budget and are not controlled or have no budget at all.As well as having this control on an individual activity level the system is also applying it at a project level, so if the spend against all activities is greater than the total budget against all activities it stops purchasing.  We do not want this.  We only want it applied at the specific activity level.There is an option for ‘Control on total budget’ but this relates to what ‘cost elements’ are included in the calculation.  We only have two cost elements (COST and REVENUE) so this doesn’t really do anything.Can we look into whether it’s possible to turn this control on the total budget off somehow?So essentially we use the below toggle to turn budget control on for projects and apply it for any activity that has an entry in the ‘Project Budget Control Rules List’What

I would assume that the lines that are due the earliest would be reserved first, and that would flow until there is no more available inventory. I’m trying to create an “Item Relation”-channel to help our engineers create relationship between existing items in the Assyst CMDB. Doing so I’ve created a web import channel that accepts CSV files, but during test runs I’m having some issues during imports when creating new item relationships. I’ve been unable to set the correct “side” of the relationship to the Main Item as attempted to specify in the “Item Relation”-datamapper.  I’m working with a single Item Relation datamapper.After selecting the main and related item using variable assyst search I’ve tried using “Relation Type”, and lookup by ID, followed by an Related Detail” selecting the wanted detailId for the main item.However doing it this way I’ve been unable to correctly select which mainDetailId is set to the “Main item” during an import.The item selected as “Main item“ in the datamapper seems to always get the lowest ID detailID when created during import, regardless of what is selected in “Related Detail”.  Is there s

For scheduling purposes, we want to be able to see a whole top level parent item and all its components all at once, with the current lead times of each part.  Is there a page where I can see all of that?  Or a report?

HiIs it somehow possible to get the customer reference automatically in instant invoice?Today we need to add the customer reference manually in the “More information” tab. When e-invoices are sent, customer ref is mandatory and it would be much easier if this filed had the customer ref inherited from the customer card.

Does anyone know on the Auto Process Shop Order workflow what the sequencing is regarding reservation? We understand the SO Start Date and Required Date options but what if we have two SOs with the same requirements/SO Start Date and material line Required Date and only enough stock to satisfy one lot of demand.  What’s the next level of criteria? ThanksLinda

I had a quick question. If you create an IAL in Cloud and put a where clause into the quick report for the Crystal Report, does it cause the report to blank out?  I made a Crystal Report in Cloud using an IAL and got it to display the data without the Where Clause (I don’t suspect it’s permissions at this point because it worked WITHOUT a where clause) but once I put in a where clause it would return no data. I made a SQL version of the report as well and it does return data with the where clause in place. I just want to get a better understanding why this is happening and how I can get around this. The report works in Crystal just fine but once I put into our TEST Environment, the report comes up completely blank. Thank you.
