I have a requirement to translate the "Complete" command for WT in the My Work Tile (MWO) app.In the translatable text, I only see the following two paths for "Complete Prog Text" under the path %ServiceEng%. However, it seems like these paths are not related to the "Complete" button for WT in My Work Tile. Does anyone know how to add a new path, or if I am mistaken, how to translate the "Complete" button for a WT in My Work Tile to any other language? adding language translation to below two paths did not translate the Complete command

Hello everybody, The client would like the “Card No” to be longer than 10 characters. Is it possible to modify this? 

We have shop orders in process that will be completed but cannot ship until quality approves shipping. Inventory is lot tracked. We cannot put availability control on the lot because the shop order is still in process. What is the best practice to prevent a shop order from shipping when it is completed? Can availability control be setup ahead of time so that when the shop order is received into inventory, there is a control on it?  Regards,Eric

I have a few situations where a serial number is hung up because an error was made in receiving an item that had a repair order tied to it. Can you help me understand how to correct or if this will need to be corrected through a script?Item is being returned from field on a service order Repair Order auto-generated through the service order Shipped from field technician, received as Wrong Shipment (this is the error) Item is returned to either technician’s inventory or back to store (we have it both ways) Repair Order remains in a state of Received in Another WarehouseWe cannot update the serial or location of the item because it is tied to a repair order, but we can also cannot close out the repair order because we can no longer ship/receive that item. Suggestions?

Hi All,We have noticed that setting a default value using a BPE workflow to a field that gets its values from a fixed database enumeration, is not possible as it gives an error.  Ex: Automatic Payment Authorization field in Supplier → Invoice → General tab.  We have already tried the solution from the post Set default value for a list using BPA | IFS Community but we still keep getting this error.  Is this a bug in the standard application or are we missing something? Help! TIA

We need to export orders in order to manipulate Problem Codes - if we export from Service Orders we get the Request ID, but not the whole Service Order ID (including @@1). Will I have to pull this out from the database, or is there some way for the end users to get this “as-is”?

Hello! I am trying to figure out how the PO Line matching works and my scenario is as follows:Supplier Master - PO Matching is set to PO Line, and the Validation is set to PO Reference and Receipt Reference. The PO has 10 Inventory part lines, and all 10 are received via ‘Receipt’, and ‘Receipt’ is in the ‘Received’ Status. Assume that the first PO Line is for 110 quantities, unit priced at $0.98 = $107.86 I receive an Invoice from the Supplier, which has only one Invoice line, accounting for $107.86.  This invoice is loaded into IFS (Apps 10) as an external invoice file, and the file is also processed successfully. However, no matching is conducted at the Posting Proposal. I even changed the Supplier’s PO matching level to PO Header and PO Receipt, which simply matches all 10-part lines received, which is not what I expected. I would want only the Invoice line to match against the specific PO Line received.I kindly request your assistance and guidance in resolving this issue and under

We are currently using IFS Apps 10. When MRP generates a Purchase Requisition for a demand (whether for a customer order or a shop order), we've noticed that the origin information is not included in the Purchase Requisition.According to our understanding, the "Ordered For" field in the Purchase Requisition should display the customer order number or shop order number as its origin. However, this field is consistently blank. Could you please advise if there is a setting or configuration that needs to be adjusted to ensure the origin details are added to the Purchase Requisition?Attached below is a screenshot of the Purchase Requisition triggered by MRP for a customer order for reference.  Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello IFS Community,I have a question about the site MRP run. We’re experiencing an issue where, if an MRP run fails, it doesn’t provide clear information about which data might be missing—for instance, if a part doesn’t have a BOM assigned, etc. How do you handle this? Have you built a custom lobby for this or modified an existing one? I would really appreciate any ideas, suggestions, or even solutions.Best regards,Daniel

Problem:FTP reader cannot proceed with OPTIMITY INTEGRATION - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space error in application message.checked int server logs ifsconnect,intserver and other logs and could find "Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space" error on intserver logs, Checked the heap dump and could not find heap issue. in this generated xml file one xml contains 75mb and other one is 56 mb, however file reader can read, For a 2GB heap space can process about 100 MB file. For larger files will have to increase the heap space allocated for the Integration Server accordingly. This issue was resolved by increasing int server memory up to 8 gb (both int servers 16gb) and that was processing file with 8GB heap memory. As of now this issue is sorted temporally . But in future if this file grows beyond 56MB this issue can reoccur in same environments and tweaking the memory in-between managed servers no longer will be a solution Suggestion to avoid this issue file s

Hello, We are currently on 22R2 for IFS Cloud and we have encountered an error. I created a quick report to pull some values via SQL and we want to schedule this report to attach an excel file of the output onto an email and send it to our users.We scheduled the report and have the emailing set up properly, but we never received any emails. Good afternoon,After updating versions from 23.2.1 to 23.2.9 I am not unable to edit Delivery Address on the Customer Orders (but on the Customer Order I can do it). Our colleagues used to change Delivery Addresses on the list view instead of single Customer Order page. Is it possible to change the behaviour of this Delivery Address field to being editable? I have tried it with page designer and I can edit the value, but the Save button does not appears and I can not save the change of the address, after refreshing page it’s not being saved. The screen from Customer Orders after change the Delivery Address the Save button does not appear Should I change something more to Save the changes of this field?

Hello everyone,We have discovered the following:When we create a new request and want to assign the work to a specific person, no persons are suggested. As soon as we deactivate the “Apply Constrains” function, we see the persons, but it is only by a new request. Since we have several resource groups, we see the persons twice. In our test environment, we have no problem selecting a person and do not need to deactivate the “Apply Constrains” function: Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thank you!

Hi All,Created Event Definitions and Event Reasons are not appeared in MWO app when Task Event is being added.  Tried to add an manual event via “Add Task Event”No events can be created since nothing comes for the “Event” and “Event Reason.” Those are created in the web and connected via “Event Entity Configurations”.  Any possible reasons?TIA.

Hi! I’ve created shipment order between remote warehouse and site (remote warehouse → site). Remote warehouse is in the same site as destination site. I’ve sent and delivered the shipment. Now I want to receive shipment order using: Shipment Management → Inbound Shipment → Register ArrivalsIs it possible to receive shipment order to location that is actually in remote warehouse (the source one or another, doesn’t matter, the source one preferably) which belongs to the destination site? I can’t make this happen and I wonder if it’s matter of parametrization or it’s just not allowed.

Hello, I have a VPN to the IFS cloud. Now I have noticed that the Select does not show any data on many VIEWS, although data is available there according to the IFS quick report.CUSTOMER_INFO: works fine PURCHASE_ORDER: no Data In IFS-Quickreport i can select all Purchase Orders ! Is there a reason and solution so that I can see data from all VIEWS that I select via Qracle SQL Developer and not just the column names?I have already written the IFSAPP in front of the VIEW names.Thanks for your helpGreetingsMarkus

Hi, We have a problem with the background jobs. While a user releases a customer order the procedure creates a background job for the Customer_Order_Line_API.Calculate_Revenue__ procedure. This procedure throws an error while working in the background however when we re-execute the job works. Even if we Re-execute in the background manually from background jobs it gives an error. We created a new queue for this procedure but it still throws the same error. The screenshot of the error is below. What could be the problem? How can we solve it?The error about combination rules.
