Is there a way or setting to automatically trigger the UNOPFEED (cancel operation reporting) when unreceiving the shop order, and the UNOPFEED quantity matches the unreceived quantity?

No, there is no such option to automatically trigger UNOPFEED while unreceving the Shop Order.
It is not logical to cancel operation reporting universally since there are chances business users would like to unreceive shop order to perform repair operations or due to any other reasons and, they need to keep original operation cost and repair cost with the Shop Order (ideally it should be like this way only).
