Hi Christophe,
Try the steps on pages 8-10 in the attached documentation...make sure the mobile URLs are specified in the configuration utility (including any custom development URLs or Mobile Customizer URLs you created).
Thanks,
Reid
Hi Reid, SSO is now working with mobile edge and mobile edge customisation done trough the csutomizer. But don’t know if we still have an issue with the settings or this is not supported, but the customizer website itself is still showing login screen. Is the SSO supported with the mobilecustomizer site itself ?
Thanks for your feedback
Christophe
Hi Christophe,
We don’t support SSO for the Mobile Customizer application or for the Windows Native App, that would require customization if you wanted to implement either of those.
Thanks,
Reid
Thanks Reid, the customer is telling me that if the tech password which is set up to access to the customizer expired, the user can’t reset is password because to do that he needs to connect to MobileEdge but MobileEdge has the SSO enable. THe customer is telling me that he needs to de activate the SSO to be able then to change the password is ther a workaround expecting the fact to increase the number of dau for the expiration of the password in the SOX module ?
Have them go to the Password Initialization module in the Alliance application and reset the password from there, that should solve it.
Thanks,
Reid
Reid but what they told me is the Customizer doesn’t support password change (SOX is set up to change password after first connexion) so the only solution should be to change this SOX option then ?
Correct...and they can revert the SOX option back to it’s original value right afterwards. Most of our customers only have one or two users with access to the Mobile Customizer application so they shouldn’t have to do this very often.
Thanks,
Reid
