Hello Community!Today I’m trying to insert some Units of Measure using Data Migration Manager. When I try to commit my changes, I see the error description “Method MODIFY failed : ORA-20122: IsoUnit.ERRUPDUSED: The field [USED_IN_APPL] is not valid for update for user defined codes.” in those UoM that are user defined.Any ideas how can I approach a solution for this? So far I tried setting the “USED_IN_APP” as “Out of Scope” in the Target Table definition but that doesn’t make any difference.

Hi Guys,Is there any out of the box solution available to mass update the PO lines planned receipt date in one go for a specific purchase order.One purchase order usually contains the 30+ lines for different projects and parts with the same wanted receipt date on header. Seems changing the PO header wanted delivery data wont do any changes to the existing lines. Any one found a solution for this? Client is using 23R2 Thanks,Chamath

24.1.5In the Settings dialog for Machine Operations Scheduling, there is a setting for Current Gantt Chart Height with the options Small, Medium, Large, and Auto. When I change this value, all it seems to do is shift the Gantt left-to-right or vice versa, the height does not change.What is the intended function of this setting?

 Hi All,When a Type Designation is connected via the General Tab of the functional object, and a Technical Class Template is also connected, the information of the technical class and attributes details are not visible on the Type Designation Tab. Instead, it only appears on the Requirements Tab. The same information appears to be duplicated across three locations: Type Designation Tab Requirements Tab Attachment Panel (as characteristics)   I’m trying to understand the functional purpose of the Type Designation Tab. Is there a specific use case or workflow where this tab is essential, or is it redundant due to the availability of the same information on the other tabs and attachment panel?Please let me know your thoughts!Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

Our customer has installed version 24.1.5 recently (previously used version 23.1.4) . They have custom fields in the Document Revision window, and the view used for the Document Revision pages is DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCE. In the core code, IFS removed the objkey from the view, which is preventing us from publishing the custom fields in the DocIssue entity to this view. Additionally, due to the custom fields in the Document Revision window, we are unable to load the configured page.I haven’t found any solution to resolve this issue other than adding the objkey to the DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCE view as a customization. Many thanks for your inputs on this issue. Best regards,Uvini

hello,We are using IFSCloud 23R1 in saas mode hosted by IFS, and the support informed us that we are getting out of storage space  and that it is connected to ACT_HI_VARINST table and its indexesthis table looks to be connected to BPA (Workflow) or/and “active engine” and “Camunda” does anyone as already some experience about how to manage this table and especially how to purge it ?thank you in advance for any answer or suggestion

Hi all, I have a service contract with a service line with the invoice type resources used and with a cap of 5000. I then create a WO and connect the service contract and line to the WO. In the invoice I report personnel, material and expenses. When I invoice to the customer invoice all of this costs appear their. I can’t understand what are the costs that are considered being the resources. Can anynone help?

In IFS Cloud 24R1 UPD 5, Inventory Part has a classification called Product Category which is a drop-down list.  However, I could not find any basic data page where values can be added to Product Category. Couldn’t find any content in the IFS Product Documentation regarding this field and the Inventory Part page has no Field Description for it either.  Can someone help please?TIA

In IEE, we can see a posting tab that shows the posting line of the Manual Customer Invoice. On Preliminary Customer invoices, the Posting tab is important as it enables them to review and verify the posting information they have created before finally posting it. In Cloud I cannot find any posting details on a Manual Customer Invoice that is in Preliminary status.

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the appointment booking process. I am using FSM (IFS Cloud 24R1) integrated with PSO. According to the documentation (Scheduling Demystified 24R1 - page 163), once I click on the ,,Request,, button in appointment booking page, the activity status in PSO should change to ,,do not schedule,,,. In my environment, this does not happen. The activity remains allocated, it does not change its status. Am I missing a parameter or what could be the cause? Thank you in advance!Best Regards,Miruna

Hello,As seen in the attached picture on the Quality Basic Data page, the marked parts are not marked. However, its status is inactive as seen in the 2nd picture on the Control Plan page. Then, when activated as shown in the 3rd picture, it automatically marks the Mandatory part. Then, on the Quailty Basic Data page, the marked area in the 4th picture becomes ticked. How can I avoid this situation? 

What defines the priority on an IMO generated from another order (Service Order, Repair Order, Sales Order, Replenishment order, ...) ? And where wan we change the default priority when creating a new Replenishment Order?Now it is set defoult to Prio 5, how can it be set to prompt Prio 4 when clicking NEW?

We are currently working on some solutions to improve our dates for our customers. One gap we currently have within IFS is that ATP (Available to Promise) and CTP (Capability check or Capable to Promise) do not include open supply, unless the Wanted Date is within the Open Supply window. Example where Supply is not seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/12 ATP runs and shows you can only fulfill so much of the order (based on qty on hand and selling qty). Thus the user runs CTP moves the promise date on the customer order to the full part lead time (30 days) even though the supply is coming in on the 12th.  Example where Supply is seen:Customer Order Wanted Delivery Date - 5/10/21 Shop Order Due Date 5/8 ATP or CTP see the supply and the date properly plans the customer order. With the supply not being seen on the first one example, we get an extended lead time that is no necessary. Hi. I have setup T-action for several absence types and it works as expected. Only part I am not able to solve is for absence action to appear while absence type is in state “Confirmed”. As far I can see, the parameters do not cover what state absence type should be in. Is there anything else I can change?
