We found and issue while attempting to migrate PROD_STRUCTURE rows using the Data Migration Manager. In essence, once we reach the Deployment Container screen and when we click on Deploy, nothing gets deployed. Even worse, there is no error message or anything to indicate if the deployment failed or something else is preventing the action to complete.Because a video is easier to show this condition I uploaded this video on YouTube so you can see what exactly is going on. https://youtu.be/5z6YtX-Cz4sAny idea as to what could be happening?

Today I’m trying to migrate data into INVENTORY_PART_UNIT_COST using a Migration Job (Migration Type = INSERT_BY_METHOD_NEW). I configure the job and map my fields as usual, but upon execution of the job ALL 3,054 rows fail with the error ORA-01003: no statement parsed.  No additional error descriptions, just No Statement ParsedI tried running this as a Background Job and looking at the job output but nothing useful is displayed there either. Is there something obvious that I’m missing? is this type of error an indication of something in particular? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks!

We need to cancel several hundrer contracts. I try to find a way to do this with import - and it does not seem to be a standard import for this. Is this at all feasible?

Hello everyone,I would like to know if media elements (such as images, videos, or other attachments) in IFS Applications have a revision system. Specifically, is there a way to track changes to these elements, similar to document revisions?Additionally, I’m looking for a method to automatically send modified media elements to an external server whenever they are updated. Does IFS provide any built-in functionality for this, or would this require a custom integration? Thanks in advance for your insights!

Hello, We are unable to add a custom action to an autogenerated projection:  Is that possible? Thank you in advance

I want to rent out a non-inventory sales part.  The order is released and I’ve moved it to a Reserved status using quick order flow.  When I go to add an event, start event in my case, the lower section is blank.  Is there something special that must be done when renting a non-inventory sales part?

Community, We are on APP10 UPD 9. We would like to have packaged parts to be supplied by internal supplier, on supplier code, we would like to make it “Intl Purchase Trans/Dir”, but system prompted error. it is not allowed to do this for package part.wondering how to make this happen. as we have to use package part this structure. 1 package structure contains 13 lines, and total order qty is 44 packaged parts, delivery in different dates. It is a nightmare if we don’t use package parts and do one by one on the customer order line.want to borrow your brain. Thank you.

Hello all , Is there a way to retrieve all customer orders that have not had their order confirmations sent?I considered using the customer_order_history table but couldn't find a proper method to utilize it. Thank you,Hanane

Hello All,I’m in work tasks view and wanted to filter out tasks that had an actual finish date but this does not seem to be an option, you select from more the actual finish date field and I can only select a date range. My first query was to look at the work task status, selected New- Under Preparation - Prepared - Released - Work Started, and because the work step has been completed an actual finish date has been created but the status of the work task is still in work started or released. How can I filter these out of the view? Thanks in advance for help given, Sarah

Hi there, I need help in below scenario, looks like it is a standard IFS bug. Work Order Status- ReleasedThere are two or more work tasks connected- status releasedNow when we try to change status of work order from released to prepare then system gives pop up error message “The work order cannot be set to a lower status due to work tasks status”- This is IFS standard functionality. However, when we try to change status of work tasks then also it gives same error message:- “The work order cannot be set to a lower status due to work tasks status”System should allow changing status of work task.

I mean Workflow/BPA, Custom Events. For example to dynamically set default value to the field or column in Assistant (just an example).

Hi All, I encounter an issue with a persistent CF in mWO. The value that is assigned to the CF doesn’t go into the new task in IFS Cloud. I have created a CF in JtTask entity → referencing a Yes/No custom enumeration I have added the CF in Entity Details + added it to the NewTaskAssistantIn mWO I create a new task→ Additional Work→ New Work that needs to be done→ set CF to true/yes in NewTaskAssistant→ Task is created in IFS CLoud, but the value yes/true that I set in the NewTaskAssistant is not pushed into IFS Cloud. Any ideas what I might be missing here? @Alexander Heinze @Rukmal Fernando @kathlk

We have an issue where manually added check list lines are removed from the service order when Cause Code is updated. The bottom two line sis from a check list that’s been assigned manually to the order (the top 4 are added automatically  by Prod Category reference) On Mobile - 6 as expected: Setting Cause code:And the manually added lines get removed: This only happens to Check lists added manually to the order. Why?

I have successfully uploaded a file for GL entries vie the external file assistant. All the lines have the statut “Transferred”But I cannot see any entry on the Finance side. Do I miss a step (or several steps) ? Thank you   Christophe
