Hi All,

I am seeing this odd behaviour in cloud 24R1 version. I received my serial tracked part to an arrival location. I didn't specify any serials yet. Then I performed the inspection and scrapped that part for no credit. 

 

Now when I try to Undo the inspection results, it gives me this error message.

 

 

Anyone else faced the same issue?

  I did quick check in both 24R1 and Master track and the flow continues without any issue. When we undo it is just the reverse transaction of arrival. We hope that your arrival transaction do not have any serial reference.

  Sorry, Later I understood that I haven’t done last steps in your test plan. 😉

Yes. error is popping up. When we undo it is just the reverse transaction of INVSCRAP. That transaction do not have any serial no recorded as expected. So, I think better if you can proceed with a support case.
