We use Messages to alert SAs that orders are updated. Is it possible to include in the message what it is that is updated?

Specifically, I’ve noticed that there is minimal or no use of ARIA labels in the HTML forms and input fields, making it difficult for screen readers to interpret and describe the elements accurately to the user.My questions for the community:Does the HR module in IFS Cloud natively support ARIA labels and other accessibility attributes required for screen readers and keyboard navigation? If not, is there a way to add these attributes to forms and input fields without significant code customization? Are there any specific settings or extensions within IFS Cloud that can enhance accessibility for users with visual impairments?Any guidance on how IFS Cloud supports accessibility would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

Dear IFS Community,We are looking for the complex solution related to bottom up traceability reflecting serial numbers in IFS9, resp. IFS10 or IFS Cloud. The closest functionality for this request is in the Lot Batch Master, tab Where Used. You can input here the part having specific LOT_BATCH_NO and obtain all parts which could be influenced by this part.  Hi IFS GuruWe have some PM WO such as Inspection and has a KPI  Nos. of CPM ( Corrective Preventive Maintenance).While performing this work we need to collate, how many times the CPM Work Order is created from the PM WO, We would like to create a follow-up work order for such CPM WO with reference to PM WO number . Hello.Is it possible to update data on “on before object is changed”, on the inserted table ?I was thinking to make a custom even on the INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_TAB table. If you attach a document to (for eg) a work order you have the option to download the same clicking on a small download icon.If you attach a media item there seem to be no option to directly download the media file. Is this the expected behaivor or is this controlled by a permission or something similar? 

Hi, We have Scheduled Process flow(s), when Flow is triggert there are about around 1000 records.We see that not all records are processed. If we trigger te flow again then it will not process all records. Even if i schedule every 5 or 10 min. not all records al processed. Sometimes 0 records are processd even if there are records found. Is this a default behavior? Or is there an setting to set.  Thanks,Robin

Hello Team,I encountered an issue with a newly created non-supplier payment in the Tax Clearance Analysis window. When attempting to make the payment using the Mixed Payment window, the payment does not appear when utilizing the 'Open Planned Non Supplier Payments' option or selecting from the Non-Supplier Payment ID in the line.Upon further investigation, I observed that this problem occurs specifically when the company is created using the STD-UK template but not when using the STD template.I would appreciate your guidance on how to address and overcome this issue.Best Regards,

When a user is trying to delete time reporting hours on his time card  in LIVE environment it shows an error as “It is not possible to add value for Report Code as it is not defined as a resource criteria”  However, when he tries to delete time reporting entry in Test Environment, it prompts an error as “It is not possible to add value for Employee Category as it is not defined as a resource criteria”  User is in Aurena UPD10 (both Live and Test). Is this a bug in the application or basic data setup missing? Please advise. 

Hi,Is there a way of receiving by-products automatically to a different location other than the Shop Order’s proposed location?We have tried to implement a custom event to move the by-products to their default floor stock location after they’re received, but unfortunately getting this error: “ORA-20105: Transaction.OVERLOAD”, when trying to use Inventory_Part_In_Stock_API.Move_Part, since there are two procedures with the same name.Is anyone able to suggest another API method which I could use for this, or better yet, a solution which can be achieved with standard functionality?I am considering having putaway zones set up, and having the event perform putaway instead.Thanks!

For some reason in our non-prod environment, the integration schedules stopped running two days ago and the next run date was set to be 2 days in the future.  We have also seen this happen following a shutdown/restart of the server after maintenance.  Is there a way to adjust these manually?  There is no adjustment in the configuration screens nor does restarting the Monitor Service does fix the issue.

We have several parts that need to be ordered with one unit of measure on the PO but stocked and transacted with another unit of measure. example: We purchase chemicals in 100litre totes but the stock manufacturing uses in 1 litre units.is it possible and if so how to set this up so that we can order the purchase part as 1*1000litre part but then receive it into a site as 1000*1litre parts?

Hi, for our customer, in Prompts(service) module, “Enable Use of Obsolete Products” is switched OFF. When we add a Material Demand in a service order, in the Product Lookup the obsolte products appear, it’s only if we select one of this products that the user has a pop’up message “You cannot add an obsolete product '…..' to a Material Demand.Do you know if in a next version it will be possible to hide such products in the Product Lookup when “Enable Use of Obsolete Products” is switched OFF, and inventory qty =0.  (and add this option in the QBE of the lookup. Il the user switch ON this slider in the QBE, then list also the obsolete products...)Thanks

Hello,maybe someone can clarify for what purpose the tab “Work Orders” is needed in the form “Isolation Order”?Work orders there are attached only manually. If Work Order is connected to Isolation Order via Permit, the information of such Work Order doesn’t appear in this tab. Such connection is seen only in the form “Work Orders, Permits and Isolation Orders”, but not on Isolation Order.So I do not understand for what purpose this tab is needed in Isolation Order. Connections of Isolation Order and Work Orders that are made in this tab doesn’t apply any rules for Isolation Order and Work Orders dates too.

Hello All,I’m encountering an issue with the background job responsible for releasing customer orders from Planned status. The job seems to get stuck with the status POST, and I have to manually intervene to change it to READY before the customer order can move from Planned to Released.I’ve confirmed that the order is not being blocked, as it would otherwise move to Blocked status.Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this issue? Hello,I have a SVD group that would like to have a form prepopulated with specific options, or save it as a template, so when they make the request again they would only need to add the clients contact information. This would be for something they get on a regular basis and to save time submitting the request.Example: Site Support gets request from a client while they are supporting another client on site. When they return to their desk the would then open the “pre-filled form/template” add the user name and submit it with the “default” values. Thanks in advance for any comments and/or help.Craig
