Currently in Apps 9 we have turned off the ability to add documents to purchase order lines - all attachments should be kept at the header level for ease of finding them.
I cannot seem to find the ability to do this in IFS Cloud - does anyone have any idea how this is done?

It is quite same way in IFS Cloud as well.
Delete/edit Purchase Order line related records in Object Connection screen to disable attachment option.
