Hi All, I encounter an issue with a persistent CF in mWO. The value that is assigned to the CF doesn’t go into the new task in IFS Cloud. I have created a CF in JtTask entity → referencing a Yes/No custom enumeration I have added the CF in Entity Details + added it to the NewTaskAssistantIn mWO I create a new task→ Additional Work→ New Work that needs to be done→ set CF to true/yes in NewTaskAssistant→ Task is created in IFS CLoud, but the value yes/true that I set in the NewTaskAssistant is not pushed into IFS Cloud. Any ideas what I might be missing here? ​@Alexander Heinze ​@Rukmal Fernando ​@kathlk    

We have an issue where manually added check list lines are removed from the service order when Cause Code is updated.The bottom two line sis from a check list that’s been assigned manually to the order (the top 4 are added automatically  by Prod Category reference) On Mobile - 6 as expected: Setting Cause code:And the manually added lines get removed: This only happens to Check lists added manually to the order. Why?

I have successfully uploaded a file for GL entries vie the external file assistant.All the lines have the statut “Transferred”But I cannot see any entry on the Finance side. Do I miss a step (or several steps) ? Thank you   Christophe

I am trying to create a migration job to migrate custom data from our Apps 10 system to our new CLOUD system.  I have set up a number of migration jobs for custom field in Apps 10 and I tried to replicate it in CLOUD, but it did not work. I am trying to find instructions for CLOUD.  Does anyone have instructions for CLOUD.

Hello,we have done IFS cloud upgrade from 23R1 to 24R2 in use place environments and we noticed that after upgrading ,in the screen we are getting non mandatory custom fields shown as mandatory (please refer below snapshot) ,we have checked in page designer this fields are not set as required. if we try to save it without entering value for that field ,still record is getting saved but it creates the confusion to user and we need to avoid that.please help if anyone has encountered this issue or any suggestions for the same.Regards,Gaurav

Hi. When I send an e-mail before the successful completion, the e-mail is sent, but when I try to send an e-mail before the unsuccessful completion, the e-mail is not sent. How do I solve the problem?

Community, We have a service contract created customer order, status Invoiced/Closed. But we would like to cancel it, we did a credit invoice against customer invoice and it is done. but the customer order still shows Delivered status, and seems it cannot be undo delivery due to service contract. Any idea how to undo delivery/close for this customer order? we are on APP10 UPD9. Thank you.

Hi,We would like to have some information about how the FIFO works ?Use Case :1/ Make a reception in a warehouse W1 for the product A BIn 1   (Date reception 05/03/25) Qty 22/ Make a reception in a warehouse W1 for the product A Bin 2  (Date reception 06/03/25) Qty 23/  Then pick the product Qty 1 : The bin used is the BIn 1 OK4/  Make another reception for the product A BIn 1  (Date reception 07/03/25) Qté 25/ Then Pick the product Qty 1  : The bin used  is the bin 2 . We should have the bin 1, because we still have a part in this bin with an older reception date. It seems that the date used to calculate the FIFO, change if you make a new reception in the Bin. Do we have an issue here ? Thanks and Regards. anthony

Hi All, Anyone have experience using spend analysis feature in Strategic procurement? I am trying to understand what does this Expenses categorization does in spend analysis and category assortment.Is it just to analyse different expenses based on the category? If so how these expenses are reported in IFS?Couldn't find any info on this in help or release notes.Is this connected to HCM in IFS or I am little bit confused how we can use this expenses category in strategic procurement or in spend analysis.If anyone has any input please feel free to add in here.Much appreciated. Thanks,Chamath

Has anyone created a PowerBI report to show incidents that have breeched their Resolution SLA?I can create it easily as a monitor by using the SVD Resolution Breach flag but we only get Resolution Due and Actual Resolution date/times is the Incident Table.Was hoping I could somehow create a filter that would only show me incidents where the Resolution Due date/time was before the Actual Resolution date/time but after trawling the internet I can’t see a way to do this in PowerBI.I could do this really easily with a bit of SQL but PowerBI doesn’t let me define filters as SQL I don’t think.

Hi All,We have created a new repository as a file storage type to create a separate file location for docman files. Then we have created documents and could be able to add new documents to different screens without any issues. However, when we try to view or download the attach document it pops up an error after scanning for the document for so many minutes. What would be the issue here? Is this a bug ? Thank you!

Hi Community,i have a question in IFS Cloud regarding “how to query with multiple criterias in list view tables”. e.g. if i want to get in customer invoice analysis all customer invoicesexcept customer-no 2999999% ANDexcept customer-no. 5% I did not manage to get in basic search the expected result with entering attached query.  My workaround was to enter in advanced query attached search, which shows my the expected result.  If I switch from advance query to basic seach result the query is transferred in the way i entered it previously and “holding” correct result !?In my opionion this search criterias is the same as entered previously in basic query.  Any idea why the origin multiple criteria in basic search is not working !? IService update: 24.1.4Framework service update: 24.1.8 Thanks in advance for support. Florian

We have a requirement to raise an order with a supplier and pay for the full order in full. The finished stock will be held with the supplier and we need to then instruct them where to deliver amounts of stock to our customers as the customer orders come into us. We need to see the quantity of stock held at the supplier and as it is consumed what is left.Some customer orders will incur a transportation cost and that cost would be picked up by us and not the customer.Does anyone currently carry out this process or a similar one that could explain best way to achieve this. Required scinario: My company places order for 1000KG of item A with Supplier1Supplier1 invoices my company for 1000KG of item A but stores Item A on their site.CustomerZ raises order for Item A with my Company.My Company sends delivery instructions to Supplier1Supplier1 delivers Item A to CustomerZ and informs my company delivery complete.Supplier1 invoices my company if a transportation cost is incurred.CustomerZ Inv

Hi, Was trying out the default value from page designs. Rebate Type is a text field. According to the documentation functions are supported. So my idea was to automatically generate a key. by concatenating the RB_ with the number of records (2) + 1. Expectation would be that RB_3 is generated. But it's just giving back the text.  As the documentation mentions https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r2/040_tailoring/225_configuration/200_client_configurations/330_conditional_default_values/#attributes_of_default_value_case_items “The expression that determines the field's value. This value can either be a hard-coded value, a reference to another field, a CSV value or an expression that returns a value compatible with the field's data type. For details about the expression syntax, see Condition Syntax.”i also tried just using the function; count(["*"]). Expecting a 2. But also just the text ‘count(["*"])’ is shown. Also #TODAY# gives back the text ‘#TODAY#’ instead of the date.  Am i doing somet

Hi all,I’m working with IFS Cloud and trying to retrieve the Commodity Group 2 field from the Purchase Requisition Lines page. However, I can’t find it in Data Source Designer within the PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL view. From the Debug Console, I see the following details: • LU Name: PurchaseReqLine• Projection: PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling• Entity Set: PurchaseReqLineSet• Entity: PurchaseReqLine• View: PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL• Component: PURCH I’ve checked the columns in the PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL view, but I don’t see Commodity Group 2 listed. Is it possible that this field is stored in another table or fetched dynamically through another projection? If it’s in a different table, would anyone know the correct join conditions or an alternative where query to access it?Or is this field perhaps derived from a different entity that I should be using? Any advice on where to find this field or how to retrieve the relevant commodity group or codes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

When trying to recalculate Price/Currency it works fine within the custom order then selecting the line and RMB recalculate Price/Currencybut when i try to do this from the customer order line view it errors.on investigation i have found that there are 2 Currency columns in the customer order lines viewWhen i look at the system info one sql column is CODE_G  the other column: when i query  customer order line in SQL i get the following resultsselect co.code_G,co.CURRENCY_CODEfrom ifsapp.CUSTOMER_ORDER_JOIN cowhere order_no = '12345678'Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve please

I’m trying to migrate some inventory locations into IFS Cloud but seem to come across one issue. But, I can’t figure for the life of my see why it’s happening.  This is the error that I’m getting, but every other location with the same location group is working fine. Has anyone else seen this issue and found a solution?

We are in the beginning stages of a migration from an AS400 ERP to IFS Cloud. I’m an enterprise software engineer who is new to the IFS world.Our current warehouse shipping process involves a piece of custom software that screen-scrapes from an AS400 terminal session into a Windows application called ClipperShip. This software handles all the carrier specific logic, including printing labels, etc., then another piece of custom software gets the data out of ClipperShip and back into the AS400 ERP.We would like our new solution to be as simple as possible for warehouse employees. Ideally it would be completely web-client based. We have started evaluating some API-based shipping solutions like ProShip and ShipEngine. Here are my questions after reading through the technical documentation: 1.
