We have found it is now not possible to enter a ‘Single Occurrence Address’ on a Customer Order due to a change in the code added 07/09/2023,

Image

"--  230907  NiDalk   SCDEV-26130, Modified Check_Before_Update___ to add check to block setting single occurance for consignment stock

Is there are background to this change and is there a workaround as this is a requirement.

@Fgray09  your best bet would be to open a ticket with IFS support asking them to give you the details behind SCDEV-26130.

My assumption would be that for Customer Consignment Stock you can create Refill Orders → and those refill orders will need to be delivered to the delivery address specified in Customer Consignment Stock page. Therefore, setting single occurence address might have negative implications.

Hi @Fgray09, a Customer Consignment Stock is defined for a Customer - Delivery Address - Sales Part - Site combination. Therefore, it is not possible to use single occurrence addresses for customer consignment stocks.
