HI,We have the itinerary view in the backend. Is it possible to use this view on mobile for a a technicians in a smartphone/Tablet or not ?Is it a responsive ?What are the settings to allow  this view for a technician in the field.Thanks and regards anthony

In IFS Cloud, after we have changed the home page to a specific view (e.g. a KPI Lobby), how can we set home page back to the landing page? There seems to be no option to select the landing page from Recent Screens and click the home page icon. We would really like to revert home page to the landing page for users since it contains client branding. Thanks,Sayeef

Hi Community,Does any one know how to navigate from one cell to another vertically.Ex: Project Activity Progress needs to be manually updated. I am trying to find how can I use the keyboard to move to the cell below my cursor. Usually down arrow key takes you, but in Aurena that doesn’t work. Especially for a data entry person like (finance / AP / Accounting) this is going to be challenging without  a keyboard shortcut.Version Apps 10 Upd 15. Thanks in Advance!Malik

Hi, Scenario:We have an employee not working on a set schedule and project time reporting.Reality could look like working 10 hours on a Monday, 4 hours on a Thursday and then not working again for two weeks.   I’ve tried different schedule scenarios and Time Base, Time Registration Base, Rule Types, Parameter List, Wage Codes – you name it. No matter what I do we can’t seem to get more hours than 8 to Results (unless I change Work Hours Sum in Day-by-Day schedules) while reporting 10 hours project reporting. We want this employee to be able to report his project time without having a set schedule with already defined hours. Is that even possible? We want the project reporting hours to match the hours going to Results. If possible, what needs to be done to set this up? This Employee is not entitled to Overtime compensation. /Anna

Hi Team, Is it possible to invoke IFS Cloud aurena pages from External system. At high level the user will login to external system select a record (customer, address) and click on link to IFS Cloud aurena page to raise a new service request. Expectation: IFS cloud ‘Create new request’ should open up with prefilled data say customer and address details. The user will then submit the page after adding few more details.

Hello I’m getting a weird error which I can’t fix.On IFS Cloud 24r1, I added a command Execute Action on Non Conformance Report page.The action is a custom one on a custom oracle package, referenced into IFS throught metadatas.So I can pick the package / action on the NonConformanceHandling Projection. When I click on the command, I got the following error : NonConformance/Form (server error)Illegal operation.Server stack trace error(s): Client Warnings are not supported for the action [Cf_Release]. So 'X-IFS-Accept-Warnings' request header cannot be set to 'true'.Method: POSTUrl: /main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/NonConformanceHandling.svc/Cf_ReleaseResponse Code: 405 - Method Not AllowedThe InitAndEstimate action works fine, it’s also a POST call, but I can see there is no header “X-IFS-Accept-Warnings” on the InitAndEstimate call.I checked in the oracle package, we don’t use any warning, we don’t play with request headers, so I don’t understand what’s wrong.I cannot debug with db

iPhone users get an error message “User or password invalid” while trying to log in using FaceID but using the same credentials entered manually users can log in to the application. 

I know I’ve seen this before but I can’t find it under the normal spots that I was looking. I’m trying to find the service update documentation on what is fixed with each patch and it’s normally in an excel file. Can someone link me the post in the resources? Everything that I can find is not the file that I’m looking for. I’m trying to evaluate what the service updates are fixing. I’m specifically looking for 24R1 as well.

Is there an out of the box function to determine which customer order lines have had the promise date reviewed prior to confirming back to the customer? Our current process:Customer service enters customer order line. By default, the promise date is initially set the same as the Planned Delivery Date. Planning reviews the order line and revises the Target, Planned Delivery, and Promise Dates as needed. Customer service sends order confirmation back to the customer. Planning needs to be able to query for order lines that haven’t been reviewed/promised. I’m considering adding a custom checkbox to indicate the order has been promised but want to verify if there’s a standard process for this.  Thanks!Eric

We have some parts where we have to pay the supplier an excise tax fee.  We typically purchase a part in a UOM of an Each with a purchase UOM of a Pound, and then we have an inventory conversion rate to get it to the Inventory UOM of a Pound.  The purchase charge is a rate at a per Pound unit charge.  I don’t know if something changed when we updated to version 24R1, but some charges I had set up before are showing the charge amount as a Unit Charge in a pound Price UOM.  I am now seeing where I added some recent charges, and the UOM is pulling in as an Each.  It does not look like I am able to update the UOM.  Where does the UOM for the Charge rate pull from and is there a way to change that?

Hello,When I select a Work Task to see the details in the Dispatch Console, it shows all the request tasks for the REQUEST, and sometimes it’s a bit confusing.In this example, i want to see the details of the task 83: However, i get all the tasks for the original request:Is it the intended functionality? Hello, We are beginning the process of looking at upgrading our assyst version to 24R2SU2, and are investigating these three new programs: Notifier, Escalation Scheduler and Auto Close Scheduler. We have not been able to find much in the way of suggested configuration information on the wiki. The main question we have is when these programs are installed using the assyst installer, do they each need to be installed on all servers? “Notifier” if the only one of these that is checked off to be installed by default in the installer, so we must assume that for rule based notifications to work, it must be installed on all servers running the application? For Escalation Scheduler and Auto Close Scheduler to work, do they need to be installed on all servers or can they be installed only on our integration server(s) or on one server. Our setup is such that we have a number of web servers which are load balanced behind our URL, then a couple of servers which are primarily only used for back-end

Hi,When creating a new Work Task in Service Management, it’s selected the option “Create from Standard Task” by default. If I select “New Work Task” and again “Create from Standard Task” the list of standard tasks is duplicated.This is a test case:After select “New” in Request Work Task, I have 2 standard task in the list: I select “New Work Task”:   Select again “Create from Standard Task”: The list is increasing if i do it several times.Thanks in advance.Irene

Hi all, some of our users are reporting an issue where they can’t see the “Cancel Arrival/Receipt” button in the Procurement > Receipts > Receipt screen, even though:They have Full permissions to the ReceiptsHandling projection The receipts they’re trying to cancel, can be cancelled by other users (i.e. parts have been received, nothing’s been scrapped etc).The button isn’t visible-but-disabled; it’s not shown at all.Are there any likely reasons for this?

 Hi AllAs tried in IFS 24.1.1; From the PO lines screen, I made the Requisitioner and the Requisition no mandatory via checking the ‘required’ checkbox and then published.      The goal was to prevent users from creating PO lines without a Purchase Requisition / Requisitioner.After publishing, I tried to save a PO line. It gets saved without the 2 mandatory fields that I set    Can you advise what I am doing wrong here?Thanks,Asela 

Hi,I hope someone can provide guidance on the following: We are looking to streamline our PM actions and implement a form of  suppression to prevent work orders from being raised when the service year is not applicable. Specifically, we have equipment objects that require servicing at 1,3 and 5 -year intervals.  Our goal is to create a PM action that raises work orders according to these intervals, while ensuring following: The 1 year PM action needs to raise a work order in year 1, 2 and 4 only The 3 year PM action needs to raise a work order in year 3 only The 5 year PM action needs to raise a work order in year 5 onlyIs it possible to achieve this using standard IFS functionality, or would a CRIM be necessary? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

We have a table that has a list of all possible zipcodes with information such as CBSA, Latitude, Longitude, City, State etc.Does IFS have such a table? I have been unable to find anything like this in the IFSAPP database.Thank you

 Hello IFS Community, I have created a list element naviagtion with two placeholders: SUPPLIER,  and SITE. I am trying to navigate to the 'Payment Schedule for Purchase Order' page, and my dataset references that view.I am having trouble creating the navigation. I am using the following path:page/PaymentScheduleForPurchaseOrder/Form?$filter=Contract eq toupper($SITE$) and VendorNo eq ($SUPPLIER$)When I search for SITE using, for example, OK%, it does not retrieve data because the filter applies =OK%, which includes the equal sign (=). The filter needs to be just OK%, without the equal sign. It will work only if the user inputs the entire site value. Any idea how to fix this issue1? Another issue I have is when the user uses % for the two placeholders: SUPPLIER and SITE.It does not return any values or data.  Any idea how I could fix this issue2? Thanks,

Hi,With PSO (in a stand alone) installation, Customers / Prospects may need a component (mobile application) for the field.We send activites in the application, and the technician gives updates about the tour and each activities : on route, on site, started, etc.This can also be used in the debrief or work rder report.Do we have this component in PSO  in addition to the backend and the engine ?thanks and regardsanthony

HiOn the Company within Tax Control, Invoice Tab there is setting to “Use Tax Invoice”:  I’ve never used it, but am interested to know when or why you would?Is it country specific?I notice that this then can be set on the invoice series. I can find the IFS help on it:Use Tax InvoiceIf you select this check box, tax invoices will be printed when true tax transactions are created within invoicing and payment processes except when advance invoices are created. Tax invoices will show the details of the nature and value of goods sold or services provided and amount of tax.But it does not say when or why it would be used and how it determines the split of goods/services.  Delivery type perhaps?   Thanks in advance.
