Hi,  I have created a Request on the back of a Request Contract. The SLA I defined on the Contract Line appears on my Task SLA (see bottom of screenshot).  However, in the Header of my Request, I can see that there’s a field called “SLA Commitments”, this doesn’t seem to be populated with my Task Level SLA but (assumption) requires a Scope SLA to be defined? Is there anyway to have this field pre-populate, same as the Task SLA (or better still based on the Task SLA not the Scope SLA Commitment)?

Hello, in modul Change Request in attachments section I have various modules, how can I find what database_table belongs to every sub-modul? For example, there are sub-modules like Characteristics or Approval Process and I need table for approval process. Thanks

User has reported that they are not able to access the Resolved Queue module. We have checked the user profile and security role assigned to them. And when we checked the  Security Setup for that role, Access for "Resolved Queue" is already available but still users are not able to access the module. We tried to clear all cache memory and reload the module but it didn’t work. I have attached screenshot from the Astea Alliance.

I encountered an issue when opening a report generated from the ORDER REPORT screen in IFS Business Reporter. When I open the saved Excel file, I get the following error message: (We found a problem with some content in [report id]. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.")After clicking Yes, the report opens, but I'm unsure what caused the error or if the content is affected.Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it?

Hello everyone 😊I'm at my wits' end and could really use some help with something that feels like it should be obvious—but I just can’t get the hang of it.I’m currently working with assyst24R2 and IPaaS 1.8, and I’ve come across the typeaheadFilter query parameter in AssystREST. I’m trying to understand its intended use case and how (or if) it can be used when datamapping in ETM.My current use case is to return an array of all users whose shortCode starts with ZZ_, but I haven’t found a way to use [like] or [exclude] operators in datamapper fields, and i stumbled upon this query parameter in the search for this funcionality. There doesn’t seem to be any documentation on the wiki regarding the typeaheadFilter parameter—no examples, no reference, or examples of it behaviour, the only thing i could find was it’s mention as a query parameter in the RAML, but that did not help.😅 From what I’ve gathered, it is the REST version/equivalent to Type Ahead Search in the GUI, as mentioned in Look

Hi, We’re trying to understand how the replacements by PM actions works. Is there any good documentation on it? Couldn’t find it. We’re wondering if it will still work if the PMs that would be replaced are on different dates. Do you need to ensure that if PM_1_Yearly is replaced by PM_2_Yearly,  will it do that if PM_1 and PM_2 have different dates? Thanks

I am used to a different form of SQL from another ERP…I am finding some reports that have been written already for us have strange syntax  what does this sumbol do :  “for example:select “ field2,           'Draft' field3,        ''  engagement_id, I have tried to do a search on IFS quick report selects with “ in the code but nothing is returned. To that point - is there a nod page - whereby we can see all the additions / allowable features as I also found the use of (+) which is a short cut to left outer join. How can I know the full list of such ‘syntax features’ for use in my quick reports/understanding existing written queries in IFS SQL please. Thanks

When manually adding customer order lines, the planned ship date is calculated and updated automatically and takes into consideration the external transport lead time. If we add customer order lines using the CustomerOrderHandling.svc/CustomerOrderLineSet api the planned ship date is not calculated/updated based on the external transport lead time. If we manually update the external transport lead time, the planned ship date will update. How do we have IFS update the planned ship date without the manual intervention?

Hi all, I’m running into a strange issue with a REST API endpoint. When I hit the endpoint in the browser (while logged in), I get the expected JSON data. But when I try the same request in Postman or via a script, I get a 200 OK response with an empty body.Endpoint->https://hostname.com/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/RecruitmentRequisitionHandling.svc/PersonnelRequisitions Postman Response Browser ResponseTroubleshooting so far: Confirmed authentication is working (token/session returns 200). Exported and replicated browser headers (including auth cookies/token) in Postman. Behavior persists across network environments and users. Has anyone else faced this kind of issue? If so, what was the root cause or workaround that helped you resolve it?
