Hello, First of all our customer using IFS Cloud 23.2.8 version.In this case, we try to print a Work Order Report for 13 lines of work orders.There is an error occured which is “Error When Printing to Aurena Agent Timeout” and nothing happens, dialog closed. Error Image Log records in below;Application -    CMD(2): timeout in agentcall after 60000 msApplication -    CMD(2): toast({"type":"error","msg":"Error when printing to Aurena Agent ${error.Message}"}) Does anyone know reason or solution for it? 

Hi Team, We are exploring options to enhance user notifications in the FSM client screen and would like to know if it is possible to trigger a popup using business rules based on specific column values. Currently, we are aware of the "Type Alert" option, which allows us to display messages. However, we are looking for a solution that can throw a popup directly from a business rule trigger, rather than just displaying a message value. Additionally, we would like to understand if it is feasible to throw an alert or popup from business policies customization to inform the user. For instance, we have an OOTB method for attachments that triggers our customization policy. We want to return a message or alert in case of success or failure. Specific Requirements: 1. When they do this they press to execute transfer online and an inventory part is created from this form: However, the end users wish to have the “Cost Per Lot Batch” value defaulted when this transfer is done:Is there anything to be done to be able to set that value to a default when a new entry is made due to transfer? We are testing some document macros in Cloud 24R2 UPD2 and we are getting the below error when trying to check-in documents in Document Revisions while IFS Aurena Agent Chrome extension is active. Note that there are no errors when checking-out documents.  The same error occurs for all document classes while the Chrome extension is active and no errors when the Chrome extension is disabled.Has anyone experienced a similar error and found a solution?  

Hi,Version: 24R2This example is for Maintenance  (EAM) area. I have a customer and business team member is Maintenance Manager. We have given access to below lobbies via Permission Sets to his IFS User.Work Order Management Work Order Closure Management Preventive Maintenance​​​​​​​All the elements on each of these lobbies are not required. From point of interest only 3-4 elements and even 1 element will suffice the requirement from each lobby. So we have added the individual elements from these 3 lobbies mentioned above on the home page of the Maintenance Manager’s login ID. Issue: All the lobby element parameters are not appearing on the home page due to which the data is not appearing. Please refer screenshot, the lobby element parameters for last two elements (Link List) highlighted parameters are missing due to which data is not appearing and if we click on the link it shows that parameters are missing required for that element.Any additional setups or solution available for this

Hi all,  Is it possible to pass a date range to a lobby parameter?I have a Date type field called "Created_date" in my database view, and I would like to use "Starting_date" and "End_date" as page parameters to filter data based on "Created_date."I am looking for a way to add these conditions in the lobby datasource designer? which views are impacted when we link a customer_order_line with a shop order ? because in the view shop_ord we have a field customer_order_no but it is still empty after creation of a linked qty of 2 with a selected shop order …?? and I can still see that there is a link in the manual link but don’t understand which view is updated (i analyzed shop_ord and customer_order_line)...thanks in advanceFrédéric

Hi HR ExpertsWe have 2 leave types, statutory and non-statutory. Through the Request Absence feature in IFS, the employees can select only the leave type statutory. So that works fine. Type non statutory is turned off as shown below. How can we automatically activate for selection on the absence request once all the statutory leaves are used? [I know manual activation is possible through edit in the screen]  Version 24.1.9Thanks,Asela

Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to update the expiration date in bulk on the ‘Report Archive’ screen in IFS Cloud? I’m trying to do some data cleanup. I’ve already set the default to expire but that doesn’t affect what has already been printed in the past. I have seen the -- Archive_Distribution_API.set_Expire_Date but it doesn’t look like there is anything in that ARCHIVE_DISTRIBUTION view or anything in the ARCHIVE view so I am confused where this data is stored. Any help is appreciated, thank you.   

Hi Everyone, Can anyone point me to some examples of setting up Absence actions?  I checked the help and it doen’t make things very clear. I’d like an absence action to be created when an employee returns to work.  I can make it work partially using T-ACTION with the following parameters:1;2;2;1;10;5;10;1I’m struggling with paramter 4: Start Day Value; does anyone know what values are acceptable in this parameter?  What value would I enter for the end of the absence (ie, when the employee returns). If anyone has any examples of Absence actions I’d be really interested to see. Many thanks, Scott

All,In Apps9 if we create a repair structure we can have the part that is being produced as the component in the structure. Having tried to replicate this in IFS Cloud we are are getting the following error message. How are we to now handle sorting of bad parts or doing an extra op to completed parts to rectify a fault in IFS Cloud? We need to have traceability so use the shop order batch lot number, it seems very strange that the system is not allowing this. All help very much appreciated.Sarah  

In IFS Cloud 24R1, when we create a Work Order/Work Task for B2B and attach the document in Work Task and assign to contractor, in B2B Login Document count is shown but not the attached Document details. any settings is missed ?Note: once we attach the document from B2B we can see the document in IFS Cloud Work Task.  

One of my teams has raised a transport task to move stock from a shop floor location into the quarantined stores. He has selected multiple items and given a collection of parts to the quality team, and when these have been checked, the quality team have noticed that one line was not in the box. Ideally they want to be able to select 9/10 lines and execute these, leaving the final line on the transport task- is this possible?

Hi All, Supplier invoice posting authorize substitutes does not work with Group . I am able to add substitute to authorizer id but when the Substitute go for authorization it does not allows to authorize the invoice. In PO it works. Regards, Mukesh Gupta  

Our logistics manager would like to change the warehouse type on certain warehouses. These are all van warehouses, and we want the stock level on replenishment orders to change. This works well if we change the warehouse type in the database (not possible in the UI) - but are there other functions we need to take into consideration as well? Or is it just unadviceable to change this?

Can we transfer the Attached documents in Work Task screen to Work Order. Below is the settings i have configured in Object Connection Transformations but no luck. 

We’re working with a client who is currently using Apps 8. Within their document management solution today whenever anyone approves a document the system creates a “Pop Up” message asking them to confirm that they really do want to approve this document. The client wants similar functionality in IFS Cloud which they insist is standard in Apps 8 I can find no way of setting this up within the system and have proposed that setting up the “Security Checkpoint Required” at the Approval Step level will provide a similar degree of confirmation of intent, but is there any way of providing this confirmation “Pop Up” prompt out of the box in Cloud

In IFS Cloud 24R2,I have come across this requirement and want to know if anyone has faced this before :In a structure, the Parent has a meter and all child objects also have a meter.e.g :Parent object - CarChild Object 1 - EngineChild Object 2 - Suspension When a New reading is recorded on the Parent Object meter, the independent child object meters should also inherit the same value.e.g : If the new reading value on the parent is 103, then the new reading value on the child objects should be 103 Not sure if there is a smart way to do this or whether it requires a configuration.
