After generating the Business Report, I tried saving it as a PDF using the 'Save As' option from BR options, but the option is inactive. What could be the reason?  

I have a user who is asking a question about why a specific control type within a posting type cannot be changed (FAP51/AC1).  Are there ‘out of the box’ posting type/control type that cannot be changed?  The effort is to change the control type within the posting type, but they are unable to do so.Thank you for your consideration.Robin

Hello, I have a situation that has me baffled.  If I create a project invoice from an invoice plan, a value shows up in the Preliminary Revenue column.  But, if I create one from an AFP, the value does NOT show in the Preliminary Revenue column.  Are the AFP posting types still in play in this scenario?  Any help is appreciated.Thank you Patrick

I am trying to create a before workflow that will change or add a value for a custom field on Purchase Order Header entered by the user or left blank at the creation of a purchase order. I got the change part to work but is struggling with he ‘add value’ part.If the custom field is left blank during the creation of the order, no value for the cf is passed to the workflow . Not even information that the value for the cf is null.Does anyone know how to have the workflow to add a variable on the way to the original projection call?I tried to just usign a workflow with script component to add the value and I can see the value in the observation but that isn’t added to the projection call.I would like to avoid just to update the record after creation as the user then has to refresh the record every time a po is created to see the value in the cf.The value for a cf is fetched from another place in the system and is not the same every time so a dafault value for the cf will not work. We are i

We have a “Service Department” FX that I am wondering if someone may be able to assist with.  We have a service offering that we have set up to be used as a stand-alone offering or as part of a few of our Bundle offerings. Hi, I am trying to use the option for self-signed certificate. I have the message that the self-signed certificate has been generated, but I do not have any file generate in my MGT.I’ve tried many versions 24.1.2, 24.1.8, 24R2. The process has been changed, because I remember that old versions, after registered the self-signed certificate, a copy of file was copied at MGT server file.Thanks, Gianni Neves

Hello,I have a custom event that is triggered when new transport task is created.This event is run in background because when not I receive an error because I want to change a record that is still locked.This works fine. Hello, We recently took SU14 on 23R2 and believed that push notifications now should work (after we have read this:We are still facing an issue to recieve push notifications. We are using IFS MWO Service 25.1.1406.0 and push notifications is enabled on the device.I am quite new on MWO and trying to add NOTIFICATION_HUB_PATH and NOTIFICATION_HUB_URL - are there any standard end points to use and what should be the setup?The log looks like this: And the background job gets executed. Any tips?Thanks, Olle

There are topics similar to this title. But I couldn't find the exact answer I wanted.I am trying to calculate the cost of materials in stock. We are using IFS8 version. The Average purchase prices for materials are available in the INVENTORY PART table. I know this prices comes from the purchase order lines table. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only Received/Closed Purchase Order lines. Average Purchase Price calculation takes only for Primary supplier.But when I take these into consideration, the average price I calculated is still different. Are there any other conditions besides these? For example, is there a date condition? or number of order lines. Do we create the conditions I wrote above ourselves? If so, where are these settings made?There is page in Inventory=>Financial Control=>Calculate Purchase Cost.But there is only date option here.

24R2.  I have a Shipment that resulted from one Shipment Order where both Sender and Receiver of Type = Site.  I used the Create Consolidated Pick List for Shipment process to try to create pick lists by Storage Zone.  It does not create any pick lists, but the background process also does not fail.  If I use Customer Order instead of Shipment Order, same lines, same process, the pick lists are created.

We utilize Cloud 22R2 and we utilize logical printers for certain reports.  When we have these print jobs go to a few specific BizHub type printers the local printer is requiring the selection of paper size.  Is there a setting somewhere within the Cloud Logical Printer set up to select paper size to be letter?
