When we are working with customers on their data migrations, it sure would be nice to have a NON-TECHNICAL list of all system defined mandatory fields and required tabs for the setting up a customer, supplier, purchase order, customer order, etc.For years we have always had to tell the customers to do a search for these fields by attempting to enter something and noting what fields are mandatory.  I think it would be far more efficient to have a published list of these things for the ENTIRE system categorized by application and table within the application.

Hello,I am curious if IFS comes standard with any Quick Reports that a client would get when they purchase the ERP, or if all Quick Reports need to be created by the client. We have a list of dozens of Quick Reports in our system, and I’m wondering if any of them came standard out-of-the-box or if we made them all/had them all made for us.Thank you!

Hello,I’m currently encountering an issue when importing external payments of the transaction type “Direct cash trans.”Although the pseudocode is correctly configured, the project activity ID is not coming through during the importHere’s what I’ve verified so far:    •    The payment method has been created with an active connected identifier.    •    The definition of identifier is properly set up (see details below).    •    The pseudo code is correctly configured to retrieve the following elements: local account, project, and Activity Project ID.When importing the file, both the local account and the project are correctly recognized, but the Activity Project ID is missing from the import result.Please find attached the import file and the External File Template (ExtMixedPayment)  Has anyone encountered a similar issue or could provide any guidance on how to resolve this?Thank you in advance for your help!

We are introducing someone to a new part of the business where they’re going to be helping with creating service requests, but even after giving site access, person group access, high level graph org structure access. When they go to select a maint org from the drop down, it’s blank. Is anybody able to help me with what we are missing from their setup that needs to be added in order for this to show?

Hi Experts, I am trying to use above api (Invoke action CreateReqWorkTask) to add a request task to an existing request. Hi what could be specific reason why MRP does not create mrp supply for phantom parts.There is no inventory for this phantom part (planning method p) + we have demand through customer order line.Kind regards

Have you ever experienced a situation where certain users cannot view the “Address Edit” window in IEE? Basically, the Address Edit window is shrunk and only the title bar is visible. The tools for resizing aren’t also available.We have few users experiencing this. Any input will be appreciated.

Just curious, what will happen if you don’t specify global.replicas parameter in “ifscloud-values.yaml”?  thanks 

Hello, I am trying to create a person address automatically from another custom page using BPA. It seems that BPA does not let me use the value of the custom field from my page, if its a referenced field. Other persistent fields seem to be working just fine. Custom page : Entity configuration : BPA :Error received :  Has anybody encountered this problem ? I am using  - IFS Aurena client version: 21.2.1.20211105061905.0 Regards,Trishen   

Hello all.We are upgrading from IFS10 to IFSCloud.  Currently we receive EDI 850 (inbound customer orders).  I am trying to test/verify set up in the new Cloud environment.  The issue with my 850 Routing Rules and Destination Address selection.Current Setup in IFS10 below IFSCloud.  Not able to select same Destination Addresses as above (not available ) Not sure what needs to happen or what changed. Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you.

Hi All,I use IFS 8. There is shelf life for a few purchase parts. For example, the rice shelf life is 6 months. 1. Is there a place to enter in 6 months or 180 Days in system? There are 4 fields about shelf life in Iventory Part, tab acquisition. But seems it is not for purchased part.2  And I want to enter part manufacture date & expiring date only for these parts when Register Purchase Order Arrivals. Is it possible?

We have recently created a new sales part but entered an incorrect tax code.  Before processing customer orders we need to amend the tax code.  Inventory exists on the sales part/site combination we are trying to change and we receive the following error message.We are unclear if the message occurs because we have inventory on this sales part/site combination or because a sales price list exists/or another reason What is the best way to make the tax code change?

Hi, Does anyone know how files physically appear in IFS Managed Cloud File Repository, If I create repository ids as below does that create folders lime FS1, FS3 and FS4 ? Or  Is it a single place where system store the path in a way to uniqly identify the file when referring 

Hello, Using IFS designer I would like to add the media imported by the technicians when carrying out a step of a work task so that the photos are present in the printed report. The configuration was carried out by one of my predecessors (see the result in the photo) a long time ago but since the version upgrade to 23.1.13 the configuration has disappeared. Except that in IFS Designer I cannot find the solution to include the media coming from the technicians when carrying out the step. Can you help me please ?  Thank’s  

When we print the report for a work task, it includes the steps that have been completed. This is good. However, we need to show the pictures as evidence in the report that is generated. Is this possible?

Apps10 UPD 21), we have only these projections:  I didn’t find any of these:ConfirmB2bPurchaseOrder ConfirmB2bSuppConsigmnt CreateB2bOrderQuotation DisplayB2bVmi PlannedB2bPurchase Also I didn’t find anything on Customer side.  Even if I linked to B2B customer and supplier users to B2B customers and suppliers, these users can’t see anything:  Do you have any idea what is missing? Thank you very much in advance!
