Is there a functionality in IFS to check credit control on group level?
For example Customer IDs are global and it can be assigned many companies in same group. The customer can have a credit block in one company due to credit limit. But still another company will be selling without considering that the customer is credit blocked in one company. Is there any functionality check credit control in group level across companies?

Hi,
I do not know which version you are using but under the customer record in credit management tab there is a option to use corporate credit relationship. You are able to link customers’ credit information to each other even within different companies.

I am unable to enter anything in the Company Credit Limit. For any customer. Do you know why this is?
My Credit Relation is not working properly, from my understanding. Orders should not be on hold, if their limit is not exceeded. But one showed up.
