Hello, I’m trying to use “Save to CRM” functionnality from CRM Pannel and it’s loading forever when saving the email. The email appears in IFS but email body is never received by IFS.I tried to regenerate the manifest file and re-import it into Outlook. I also tried to change some CRM/SRM Pannel Settings. I tried go back to old outlook version. I tried on several emails including one with no attachment and only text in the body. Nothing changes it’s still not working. It used to work fine, do you have any idea of what is wrong ? Thank you,Kind regards

Hi Community,I am facing an issue when i am trying to transfer legacy data to input container with the date field. other date field mapping like valid_until and acquisition date are working just fine. The error i am getting is for the VALID_UNTIL column which has a value as 30.12.2049. the value for other column are also in the same format. The error is am getting is “Unable to start IC_ADD_AND_META_VALID - ORA20110: DatInputContainerUtil.EXEERR: Error while selecting data from legacy file(s). ORA01861: literal does not match format string”. Can anyone please explain me why this is happening.I even checked the training video but there is not much information on handling date column when transferring data to input container.I would Appreciate your input on solving this. Tank you

Hello,We are encountering some issues with blocked customer orders. On occasion we need to override the credit limit block on the order.The end goal is being able to view which orders have been unblocked and by whom. I know customer order history gives this information, but I don’t know how to find out the order which was unblocked in the first place.Is it possible for notifications to be created when an order is unblocked?Thank you,John 

Hi,We have created a process flow for Service Order that triggers when Invoiced (When an event occurs),Now we want to created same for Customer Support, but for Customer Support When an event occurs Invoiced does not exist.How can i trigger a Customer Support Process Flow when Clicked on Invoice button on Resolve Complete Page.I am testing SU11. Thanks Robin. 

Hi,I have implemented a new Projection action intended for use in an integration scenario, where the action accepts an array as its input parameter. During execution, if an error occurs while processing an individual node within the array, the entire execution halts.I would like to modify this behavior so that: The execution continues for the remaining nodes despite encountering errors, and The details of any failed nodes are captured and returned to the user. To achieve this, I reviewed the implementation approach used in Core, specifically how similar logic is handled. Based on that analysis, the general steps seem to be: Defining the action in the corresponding .projection or .fragment file Implementing the logic in a Function (rather than a Procedure) to allow returning a result structure that includes both successful and failed nodes An example I referenced is the InventoryPartInStockList.fragment, which follows this pattern..projection/.fragment file .plsvc file I have follow

I’ve created a mapping to remove commands at the top of Manual Supplier Invoice to people not in a specific user group. I am not in that group and even after refreshing the mapping cache the page does not show the Finance context that it should. Am I missing something? The prior week it was working sporadically as well. 

Hi Experts We use the Multi-Company Project reporting mainly for  (Project) Time Registrations. Invoicing between companies is done manually through Instant Invoices Now we are looking into using Project Invoicing to send the Invoices across. Creating the Invoice is all working fine. The external supplier invoice gets created. But the create Supplier Invoice is not auto-matched against the transactions.Basically the PRJT7 and 8 should get reversed and trigger the PRJT11. I guess the same procedure as the M91/92 and M93.Posting Control PRJT11 is setup, but not automatically kicking in.We are using Message Class INVOICE and Media Code MHS to send the invoices. i also checked the connectivity box and it looks all fine, no warning or any kind of errors. Any Idea how to get it worked? Best RegardsSophal

Hi All, I am seeing this weird behaviour in count reports window. I want to adjust it in from the count report 1 to 50 but it is not filtering correctly. Instead of 1,2,3 it shows as 1,10,11. Is there a way to over come this, customer wants to see them in a sequence and unable to query for the count reports 1..50 as it would not show those count reports.Thanks,Chamath

Hello, First of all our customer using IFS Cloud 23.2.8 version.In this case, we try to print a Work Order Report for 13 lines of work orders.There is an error occured which is “Error When Printing to Aurena Agent Timeout” and nothing happens, dialog closed. Error Image Log records in below;Application -    CMD(2): timeout in agentcall after 60000 msApplication -    CMD(2): toast({"type":"error","msg":"Error when printing to Aurena Agent ${error.Message}"}) Does anyone know reason or solution for it?

Currently, we are aware of the "Type Alert" option, which allows us to display messages. However, we are looking for a solution that can throw a popup directly from a business rule trigger, rather than just displaying a message value. Additionally, we would like to understand if it is feasible to throw an alert or popup from business policies customization to inform the user. We are testing some document macros in Cloud 24R2 UPD2 and we are getting the below error when trying to check-in documents in Document Revisions while IFS Aurena Agent Chrome extension is active. Note that there are no errors when checking-out documents.  The same error occurs for all document classes while the Chrome extension is active and no errors when the Chrome extension is disabled.Has anyone experienced a similar error and found a solution?  

Hi,Version: 24R2This example is for Maintenance  (EAM) area. I have a customer and business team member is Maintenance Manager. We have given access to below lobbies via Permission Sets to his IFS User.Work Order Management Work Order Closure Management Preventive Maintenance​​​​​​​All the elements on each of these lobbies are not required. From point of interest only 3-4 elements and even 1 element will suffice the requirement from each lobby. So we have added the individual elements from these 3 lobbies mentioned above on the home page of the Maintenance Manager’s login ID. Issue: All the lobby element parameters are not appearing on the home page due to which the data is not appearing. Please refer screenshot, the lobby element parameters for last two elements (Link List) highlighted parameters are missing due to which data is not appearing and if we click on the link it shows that parameters are missing required for that element.Any additional setups or solution available for this
