I would like to create a Lobby Link to a page with a specific filter activated

Example : List of all projects with a completed status.

How can this be achieved in a lobby page to make shortcuts for Project manager ?

 

 

We would like to create a lobby like in IFSv8

From the appearance, it looks like a lobby created with saved searches in Apps 8.

In IFS Cloud, you can do the same functionality as below. 

  1. Go to a page and make a saved search

Eg: Adding a saved search for Planned Purchase Orders

  1. Go to a lobby page where you want to add this as an element (or create a new lobby). + Add My Element

Give a title and select Add Saved Search

 

Select your saved search and press OK

 

Now you can see the Saved search and value. you can navigate to the page with the search results as in Apps 8
