Hi, I want to add a custom field to the Purchase Requisition Lines view, which is based on two criteria to make the search unique.I've made a Read Only Custom Field with one of the key variables, but make it work for each line I need to add a second variable to my select statement. Problem is: I get an error when I want to finish creating the Custom Field.This is the field I want to add to Purchase Requisition Lines:Operation_DescriptionThis is what I got so far. SettingsSelect Statement:SELECT Operation_Description FROM Shop_Order_Operation WHERE Order_No = :Demand_Order_No AND Outside_Op_Item = :Part_No This is the Error that appears after clicking on ‘Finish’: And these are the results when I only use the Shop Order number as criteria:1) Description of the first line on de Shop Order 2) second criteria to make search uniqueDoes someone know what I am missing here?

Hello all, I have been configuring my BO pipeline charts, but I am finding an issue that I do not understand. In any given BO, you may have multiple lines, which may be won or lost depending. I am seeing that if you have a BO with lost lines, those values are not able to be represented anywhere on in the Pipeline Chart. The example below outlines the issue I am seeing:BO # 10 has two opportunity lines Line 1 value $500 line 2 value $500 The pipeline will show the total value of $1000, however, if you mark line 2 as Lost. The $500 value will be removed from the pipeline, but you have no visibility into what the original opportunity value is, and you have no visibility into what the Lost opportunity line value is.The only workaround I have come up with is to run a search for BO lines with a status of Lost. You would then be able see what you have lost, but there is essentially no way to compare. I am not sure if there is something I am missing, but there seems to be a disconnect. Any hel

Hello Everyone, Is it possible to exclude a Purchase Order in status “Confirmed” from MRP supply calculation?  This is a very unique situation where we need the supply information on the PO to be excluded from MRP.  It seems the freeze status in the PO header might be an option but the user has already Confirmed the PO which makes this option unavailable.  There doesn’t seem to be anything available on the PO line either. We have considered cancelling the current PO and re-issuing with status freeze but it’s a very large PO with several hundred lines. We are in APPS 9.   Thanks

Hi community,  in Apps 9 users would get a popup when there user account was almost expired and in grace period. Now, in Apps 10, users do not get any message.  The setup of the profile is the same.Does anyone know how to get the message popup for users when their account is about to expire ?Thanks in advance.

We have a business under the who would like to configure IFS to only create GL postings when the supplier invoice is received.At the moment, the posting control setup means when goods are received, an entry into the P&L with the offset being the GRNI account.We would like to switch this functionality off for one company.They have very little goods received which have not been invoiced and the additional transactions differences are hard to reconcile (Often rounding in the postings).Effectively, they would like to receipt the goods, have no financial transactions created and then post the supplier invoice to the P&L (Using the purchase order pre-posting)Is this possible through parameters in IFS?

Hi, App10: is there any way to reprint the previous revision of the sales quotation? Sometimes need to go back to the previous rev, and saving the pdfs outside IFS every time/rev does not make any sense.. not efficient. Yes, the rev handling makes perfect sense that it prints only the current rev to prevent you from sending the incorrect (=not the latest) to the customer, but it would be handy to be able to retrieve the old rev as well. How far back can you get the pdfs from the Report Archive? Cheers, /P

I would like to specific destination email that relate with customer of each customer order.For exampleI created the event action and it’s work already. and would like to specific the receiver.I would like to specific “To” (Email receiver) to below delivery address that is registered email. On the Purchase order Change order - What is the filter condition behind “Show Only New/Changed Lines”  

I am using Apps 10 and there is a view called “Employee” that when I select everything from it in Oracle it does not return a lot of Employees that are in IFS. Some users who are visible  in all the relevant screens in IFS are not returned when I select from this view.I cant find any logical unit that is linked to this view. I need to know what screen in IFS is linked to this view so I can see why these users are not displaying in the select statement.Hopefully someone can help.

We have noticed in Aurena that currency format does not come through in aurena. It shows up as just a raw # with no , deliminators. Is this on the roadmap to address? This is an issue for us as we look at Currency Based data it’s very hard to understand what the values we are entering are.Thanks,Carrie

Hi,We’re trying to upload attachments to IFS using oData.‘We’ve tried mimicing the Aurena behavior found when inspecting the page and sniffing the HTTP traffic. Projection: DocumentHome.svcCreateAndConnect work fine but can’t send the file data.The FileData steps just returns an HTTP 500 , internal server error. A second approach we’ve tried is through the CreateAndImportDocument Projection.I’ve tried all kinds of formating for the FileData property but won’t accept any of it. Below is a Base64 encoded binary string. Since documentation is almost non existing I’m a bit stuck. Has anyone managed to use oData for attachment upload and can provide som working examples? Would be much apricated ! thx!

Does anyone know if a document attachment in IFS can be added to a report or automated email?  Here is our situation, but the applications are many.  We have approval drawings attached to parts in IFS.  If the part is entered on a Business Opportunity or Customer Order, we want that approval drawing as part of the Quotation Document generated by the Business Op or the Order Acknowledgement. btw - we are on Apps 10.
