Greetings,I know that Form Mapping will be used to display Lobby Element on the certain (associated form).However, there is no documentation available to explain how we can create Lobby Element and associate the Lobby Element to Mapped to Forms. I came conclusion that the Mapped to Forms are only possible for the Lobby Elements that were created by RnD only. Am I correct?Hopefully IFS R&D / IFS Employee would give a comment on this subject since this question has been posted 1 year ago and until today there is no response from IFS. Thank you in advanced for your answers./Bobby 

Is it possibly to set up the MRP Run/Action proposals to differentiate between demand from parts on a Work Order and from parts below safety stock?The reason why I am asking is that after I added components to the Work Order (Materials Tab) and ran the MRP, they Purchase Requisition shows up with MRP as Requisitioner (ideally I would like to have the work order number on this field to make it easier for tracking stock replenisment orders and  orders against a W.O.)I know that if parts are added directly on the Work Order/ Requisitions tab, this information is carried accross and the Purchase Requisition is flagged with Requisitioner as WO, but I am trying to get this same function through the Work Order/ Materials tab.  

In which IFS module and path I could find the Business Units?

Hi Community,     Is this possible that we track all activity to the users in IFS 10.    which user do update, delete command in table .   If we want see in database of IFS that which user use table for deleted record ,insert record .etc. Thanks in advance.

Good Afternoon, I was wondering if it was possible to be able to pull multiple sites from the lobby filter, i have a inventory elelement and right now i can filter one site at a time, and it loads into my element correctly, was wondering if there was a way to be able to add multiple site codes and have all those load into the elemenet.This is something i am just testing so i dont have to have multiple lobbies for each individual. if its not possible it is not a big deal. Hello,We are implementing Apps10, Version 10, Enterprise Explorer.When attempting to print a pick list from Shop Floor Workbench, we keep getting an error. We can print from Shop Order successfully. The steps we follow to print from each are below. Any guidance is appreciated. From Shop Order (successful):RMB (in header)> Material Actions> Reserve (reserve window pop-up) Create Pick List box is checked (new window-shop order pick list options)  Pick list per: Order No Print Pick List checked OK Print window pops up successfully Shop Order History shows pick list created. From Shop Floor WorkbenchRMB (on order line)> Material Actions> Reserve (reserve window pop-up) Create Pick List box is checked (new window-shop order pick list options)  Pick list per: Order No Print Pick List checked OK “Information Message” - No pick list was created since no reservations not already connected to a pick list we found. good afternoon, I hope you are wellI have a problem, previously I had excel migration installed on a server with a URL, I changed the server and the URL and it no longer allows me to install excel migration, I already did the uninstallation from adding or removing programs and also from the office 2016 add-ons but I keep marking the error.Has someone been able to solve this problem or has something similar happened? Windows7IFS 10http://imgfz.com/i/wa0FThQ.png 

I have created PERSON_ID field in data source and tried to use that in Web Url in element After I select the element in lobby page it’s passing null value for the parameter. How can I fix this issue or is there any method to use global parameters(‘#PERSON_ID#’) in the url?

Hi, One of our customers is trying to pick inventory in FSM and send the pick list report automatically to Printer. Default printer is setup in APP Param and they are getting below error in Run Log. PrintReportManager.GetPrinterProperties: ManagementException Printer Status.  Exception Message - Not found Any idea is highly appreciated.  Thanks,Dananjaya

Hi,I’m trying to upload a file via an Aurena REST API. However I can’t figure out what I should use as in the FileData. I’m getting a message “Invalid value for property 'FileData'”. I’ve tried several encoding methods but I have had no luck yet. Image of the input and error. 

Hello,I migrated existing transformer from Apps 8 to APPS10 for testing Intercompany schedules transformer and I am getting the below error and this error is not identified in our current Apps 8 version, only occurred in Apps10.Here is the error message..Error while preparing input data. Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.config.ConfigCache$MissingConfigException: Missing Transformers configuration for instance 'Transformer' Please let me know how to debug this Issue or any suggestion will be highly appreciated.Appreciated, thanks

In the middle of amending a customer order line the user had a quick 5 minute chat with a supervisor then clicked on Save to save the amendments made earlier.  On doing so they received the following error:The Customer Order record has already been changed. Please refresh the record and reenter your changes. Details.Order No = S95520Line No = 18Del No = 1Line Item No = 0  

How can I use global parameter(‘#PERSON_ID#’) in Aurena lobby element? 

We just installed the CRM Panel and it’s live in Outlook. The issue is when I click on it and bring up the pane, it really doesn’t do anything. I see a list of contacts there with a plus sign next to them, but when I click it nothing happens. I was there at WOCO 2019 when the showed this and I know it does much more. What am I missing? This is all I see       I found that this wasn’t granted so I added that, but it didn’t change anything. Is this and IFS thing or a Microsoft thing

Hello,Are there any script functions for working with dates and times?I’d like to work with the date and time as an integer so I can get the difference in hours between two date variables.  I can do Date1 - Date2 but the result is another date.  I’m just wanting the hours. Something like JavaScripts Date.getTime() would be very helpful.

Hi Guys, Print jobs are not working, when checked the log getting below error in batch server log.MessageQueueManager-BATCH2.ifs.fnd.batchserver.task.TaskManager.run --> MessageQueueTask-BATCH2 (TIMED_OUT) in state TASK_TIMED_OUTI am using IFS8 SP1, I am getting error in batch server Task timed out. Because of this my Print Job are in waiting and also application messages are in released state.I have restarted complete server, Tried increase batch process for Batch2 from IFS connect also restarted Application server task.Any idea on this… Thanks in AdvanceAnshul

Hi All, Question : It’s mentioned in the IFS documentation that there is a Oracle Job for gathering table statistics from Oracle 10g, and also an IFS job probably triggers this oracle job. It’s advised to use only one. Where can i find IFS related scheduled job which is responsible for gathering statistics?  Answer : “In Oracle10g there is a predefined Oracle job for gathering statistics. The job is called GATHER_STATS_JOB and can be seen in the view Dba_Scheduler_Job. You shall either use the Oracle job or the IFS job for gathering statistics, not both. You turn off the Oracle job by using Dbms_Scheduler.Stop_Job('GATHER_STATS_JOB');” There is a form called Oracle Objects in IFS applications. This can be used to analyze a performance issue whether the statistics are old. Also you can select specific object and gather statistics if you are facing a problem in a certain DB object. Hope this helps. 

Hi, I hope someone has experienced this and can offer some insight. I have a customer who is having issues when employees clock out using an absence code, (eg On company business), the clocking does not affect their presence within the system. When they clock in again, the error “Already clocked in” flashes up as they were always “present” in the the system during the spell in which the absence code was in effect. Does anyone know where to set the link between an absence code and the employee’s presence? I am trying to have the absence code, uncheck the “presence” box. The danger being that it’s important to know who is physically present versus not in case of emergencies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear reader,I have a Accounts Receivable ledger account which I want to setup as Revaluation Account. The column ‘Used in ledger’  is automaticly picked here but it is wrong (‘General Ledger’ must be ‘Accounts Receivable’ and cannot be changed or I do not know how to change this) .  The first booking on this account was a Q-voucher (because it’s a ledger account) followed by only A/R bookings and this seems to be the reason for this behavour..?  Second to this I cannot save this new record because ‘General Ledger’ expects the ‘Currency Balance’  boxfor this account ticked and cannot be done anymore because transactions has already been made for this account.Hopefully there is a way to change this? Thanks in advance for your reply.regards,Martin BroekmanConsultant at Eqeep, Netherlands

Hi All,I have a problem in Aurena configuration.There is a custom field in the sales info group, it is a ready only field and added by using configuration.Could I possible to add this custom field into search bar in top of the page using configuration.Customer needs to search using this field.When creating this field in IEE client it is ticked as “Searchable”.Is it possible to search using this field and I need to do this requirement using Aurena Configuration
