I created service request from customer order type SEO but I cannot see ‘Customer Owned’ object id connected to service request. It shows me an error:
I want service request to automatically pop up the customer owned service object.
Setup:
My object id is customer owned and connected with respective customer
Customer order type is SEO
Create SM object checkbox is enabled on the customer order line

The “Service Request” feature from “Customer order” will not work unless the “Serial Object” was not created through the “Customer Order”. So that is the reason we set “Create SM Object” feature enabled in Sales part.
Help for Create SM Object – Select this check box if you want a service management object to be created in the IFS Maintenance component when customer order lines are delivered. To be able to use this functionality, the sales part must be serialized and IFS Maintenance must be installed.
So once you delivered the order you can create a service request for the created “Serial Object”.
