We have started using Consignment Stock for Supplier-owned stock. We want to be able to identify such stock within the “Inventory Part In Stock” data. I could join to Inv Trans Hist using the Part_no/contract/Lot_batch_no to get the CO-ARRIVAL record, but at 75 million Inv Trans Hist rows, even forcing an index takes a very long time in an SQL statement. Any ideas as to how I can include/exclude within some of our Inventory Part In Stock reports? We are running IFS2003!

what do you do with your surveys? do you just leave them as data within the task? how do you give those survey results to your customers? we created a report for the output of the surveys but you have to pull that report manually. it doesn't create an attachment on the task curious what other companies do for this

Is it possible to create a new search domain in Apps10? I'd like to add the Supplier for Purchase Part. So if someone is searching a part number, the supplier's part number will be included with the search.

Trying to figure out what drives the EDI 855 - Electronic Order Acknowledgement out of IFS. We are already doing 810 & 856 outbound. I set the Customer Master up as follows: Message Setup * ORDRSP Order tab > Message Default tab * Order Change Management - Send Order Confirmation (checked) I create the customer order through the Incoming Customer Order. I get nothing outbound. I Release the customer order.(from Planned) thinking maybe it requires a Status change. I still do not get an outbound file. Requesting assistance on what I am missing from the setup in order to generate the outbound XML fie for Order Acknowledgements.

I found the issue in Mass update of tasks in FSM 6U3 fresh installation. It seems, the bug in 6.3 and it works fine in 6.4 (refer image 02 for 6.3 issue) However, I have to fix this for a 6.3 customer without upgrade to 6.4 Anybody have workaround for this? Or else did I do something wrong? Note - You can find the mass update for task from the dropdown in task search button. (image 01) Image 01 Image 02 This should be changed to Completed status and Processed count should be 4(equal to Total).

Hi, I want to create a new form window and also need to display the tabs which have table window. In form window, showing some read only data and in tab window, user will enter manually with some auto fill which drive from header form window. i believe, there is no option to add tabs in Custom page. Is there any possibilities to create form window.? Currently we are using IFS 9 and soon we are going to update 10

Hi All, In FSM there is this IQA function that we can choose either in REQUEST, RAM also in Warehouse Portal. Question is can we make it Mandatory to perform for example when starting a Request? Hi, I have issue about customization deployment in Linux. in windows, i can deploy customization successfully with run re-configure. but, when i try in linux, the runtime is not deployed (client.war is not generated), and also there is no the figure below when run re-configure advice please. Hello community, We are setting up a IFS Connect SFTP Reader, in APP10. Completed the info required, and market the connector as enabled. It is suppose that in this version APP10, it is not required to reset the middle server, and it should start to work after setting enabled in the connector setting There is not any message/ and the connector look like is not working start to work. How shall we star the connector? is there some missing action?

Hi. Does anyone have anything that might help me with custom tabs in Aurena? I need to add a custom tab, based on a custom logical unit, into a CRM screen. The LU has been created with a Projection in the EE client, and I’ve created the Projection in Aurena, but I’m not sure what the next step should be or how to get the custom LU to appear as an entity to connect it to the new page. I had been wondering how to insert sticky notes from an api. Sticky notes use two tables: FND_NOTE_BOOK_TAB and FND_NOTE_PAGE_TAB. There is one note book for an object that can have multiple note pages. Each page is connected to the note book via a note_id. Hi, Is there any possibilities to do calculation automatically after leaving the text box. i have two scenario. In same page, there are 3 text boxes text1 , text2 , text3. After entered the value in text1, text2 then sum value should display in text3. (I can do this using trigger when they saving. But is there any options avail before saving?) Same as above criteria. But difference is, text1 is avail in different page/custom page and text2,text3 avail in different screen. Please let me know is there any option to do like this. Thank you

Does anyone know the syntax to structure custom menu options? For example if I wanted to have two custom menus reporting to Customer Order as in the below example. Shop Order… Customer Order Print Customer Invoice Manual Reservation… Inventory Part In Stock I was able to get this to work before with certain syntax in the Menu Text, but I could not find the syntax in the documentation.
