As I see creating the lobby elements there is possibility to choose negative ranges in mentioned element. But it is not possible to view the value if it is negative. Am I doing something wrong? Or it is standard behaviour of IFS Lobby functionality?

Our company would like to be able to open IFS Enterprise Explorer  links to documents or other objects,  (purchase Reqs, etc)  when the default windows browser is the new version of Microsoft Edge.  This is Version 83.0.478.61 (Official build) (64-bit).   We are running IFS10  update 6.    If IFS is currently open, the links work properly but if IFS is not open, then the link starts IFS and after logging in  takes you to the start page only. With the Chrome browser, we had to install the IFS chrome extension to get these links to work properly,   after installing that extension when IFS Chrome is the default browser the links work all the time.    Is there a similar extension for Edge?    Anyone else run into this issue and come up with  a fix for it?

Hi,We are having an issue when printing customer invoices.Here are the steps:Go to customer invoice screen. RMB Header → Reprint Modified Select Invoice Original and click ok. ​​​For ouput: select send email and enter address. Click OK.When this is completed, it send the invoice to the email address that you entered. The subject of that email is “PDF file for invoice report for result key xxxxxx is ready.” with a pdf attachement of the invoice. It also fires off PDF_REPORT_CREATED and sends a copy of the invoice to the customer contact. Is there a way to stop PDF_REPORT_CREATED from firing? We just installed UPD9, I think this may be related to that. I don’t believe this was happening before. Thanks for your help,Mike  

Hi All, I frequently manually run Generate Inventory Part Availability Exceptions throughout the day. It typically took about 2 minutes to run the process as a background job. Recently we patched Oracle and the process has increased to 8+ minutes. Has anyone run into this issue and is there a fix or setting that we’ve overlooked? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How to handle the following warning when you set account to “currency balance” = yes when this account already has postings:“Account xxx already has balances in internal/general ledger. Hello,I created a new JAVA transformer in APPS8. When I try to compile it(without any changes), it throws an error saying some JAR files(Dependencies) are missing. As per E-Learning, I provided added below information in generated-pom.xml to download the dependencies JAR files but Developer studio says “Unknown host gbglcrd10 ”. Please let me know if the URL to download dependencies has been changed. In Apps8 environment trying to run a report for an annual audit to show all financial transactions from Oct to Dec 2020. The report path is Operational Reporting > Order Report > General Ledger Report With Counter Account. Running the report is very slow, and November could not be run successfully even after waiting 3 hours with the process running in the backgrounds. There is another way to run an excel based download of all journals through the “GL Voucher Analysis” function. This returned 102,237 records which took about 4 hours to extract to excel, but  that excel file only has 100,000 rows of data implying some are missing due to output channels maximum no of row limitation. Can you advise the best , most efficient way to get these reports run for auditing?

Question, if you’re receiving customer schedule forecasts from Customers but they are for parts that are not Master Scheduled, where does that schedule go after releasing the schedule.  I see the Demand Line in Inventory Part Availability Planning with a status Planned.  But how do I clear that?  MRP is planning for this.  Typically when I import that into Master Scheduling, I no longer see the demand type of Customer Schedule Forecast, but for this case where I am not MS’ing this part, how do I clear that?

We recently upgraded from Apps 10 UPD4 to Apps 10 UPD7 and it seems like there was a change in behavior in the Create Project Wizard.  The “Copy Existing Project” box is now checked by default and we haven’t been able to figure out where to turn it off.  Does anyone know if this can be unchecked by default?  And if so, where?Thank you,Joann RMB in the left side of the navigator window or the bottom area of the window.  Select Create New Project  At the bottom of the the window 1/7 the Copy Existing Project box is checked by default

in our company , we have IFS9, and crystal report XI;in registry what is the required to add the crystal report RPT file to the system ? 

On an Aurnea Custom page, I’m having an issue getting the selected reference field to display after it’s selected, saved and the browser is refreshed. This field is in a group, and after the user selects the desired entry from the lookup, it should display the entry as a link to another IFS page. However once I refresh the page, the link/displayed text disappears, but I can still click the blank field and it takes me to the other IFS page. I’m not sure why the field goes blank.Is there a way to get the text to remain on this field?lookup fieldAfter save Blank after browser is reloaded 

Hello All, I have setup and configured condition based PM Actions for my assets. However, I am still required to run the Condition Generation background job on a regular basis for my PMs to be created.I have been looking in the system to find a way to schedule this to simply run as a database task/scheduled job, but I have not found a way to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We currently have a quick report that has 12 monthly columns, one for each month: I’ve hard-coded each of the 12 months as noted below. Now they would like the months to dynamically start based on the selected Starting Date, so if they enter 5/1/2020 it’ll load the 12 months starting with June-JUN  JUL  AUG  SEPT  NOV  DEC  JAN  FEB  MAR  APR   MAYis that possible with quick report SQL?(the RW_FORECAST_BY_MONTH is an IAL that contains the extracted Month column and is ordered by Date; the quick report’s SQL groups it into the months)

Can anyone suggest how to capture Response in FSM from a external system/foreign system while doing outbound integration.In short i am trying to send outbound data  from FSM to ERP. when i send(FSM) purchase requisition they are(ERP) sending some responses but that response i am not able to capture in FSM. Please help me what are the settings or configuration i need to do to capture the responses.
