Dear community, I am processing an invoice and i have a 0.02c balance due to rounding, is there a setting in the system that will automatically allocate this to a rounding account? Having to add a manual line in the Manual Supplier Invoice screen seems time consuming. IFS9 Up15 - Not using Supplier Invoice Workflow. Thanks ,

Hi, I am trying to find a way for splitting a repair shop order generated for a repair line but I am not able to do it. Also, it would be an alternative solution to manual peg a repair shop order to a CRO Repair line but i can't do it either. Could you help me, please? Any suggestion? Thanks in advance!

Can someone explain to me how the cost of a part gets divided if we chose ‘Split Cost’? I am trying to receive into inventory a part that was found during counting.   Help says ‘The total cost will be split up into cost detail lines in accordance with the settings in IFS/Costing.’  - if you can explain with breakdown of the cost, that’ll help

Hi Everyone,Wondering if someone can help me with a migration job issue.I am trying to update a field within a Custom page. In below screenshot I need to update last column called Exported as YES (which can be a Custom enumeration or simple text). Please note, there can be multiple rows. Jobs worked absolutely fine when there is only one row. But if more than one, it’s throwing below error:Below are the Job details:  Question is what to update in the job to modify same Column on multiple rows? Above example I tried on Apps9 environment. Thanks in advance/D

Has anyone used non deductible tax in supplier invoices in cloud 21R1where the deductible percentage of tax is 0% in the tax code? there is a problem in cloud where if we create a PO with a non- deductible tax code and create an invoice from it (with the same non-deductible tax code, the supplier invoice does not add the non-deductible amount to the postings which leads to an imbalance in the invoice as shown below  if we delete the posting line and manually match, then this problem gets resolved. This issue is there in 21R1 Regional test CMB and I have already logged a support case, but since the customer who face this issue has not decided to move to cloud yet, there are complications in sending this to R&D Appreciate an answer from someone who is aware on this

Hi Experts, In the FSM schedule board screen "Person Calendar Exception" lookup is showing the Exception Type. But does not show the Exception Type Description. It is not possible to adjust the screen 'Person Calendar Exception' as it is not available in the UI designer. Background is to change the visualization of the Exception type -> not only to display the code value but to show the description. As I have checked its showing "PERSONCALEXCEPTADD" screen but that screen is only showing exception ID. Attachment 01: scheduled board screen "Person Calendar Exception" lookup Attachment 02: UI Design of "PERSONCALEXCEPTADD"  So, my question is this the correct screen to do this change and is there a way that we can change this dropdown values to show description instead of code table value? ThanksMinindu

Hello,When an end user uses the Count per Inventory Part screen to count in an inventory part for the 1st time, the define cost structure screen pops up upon saving of the record. You are then required to select the cost bucket (e.g. average purchase price) and cost/unit value. Once you click OK, where does the cost/unit value get written to within IFS?We want to make this field visible to users on the count result per inventory part screen via a custom field to aid the users. I have turned on debug during this process, and it appears to write to temporary_part_cost_detail_tab table. However we are not sure if there a task which needs to be run to move it to the final screen or what is the correct process? Please can you provide guidanceNote: We are using IFS Apps 8.RegardsShaun

Hi,We have an issue that the currency rate was incorrectly entered and all customer invoices for one day are now registered with wrong rate. The customer invoices have also been transferred to GL so it is not possible to just change rate on the customer invoices any longer.Have anyone had same issue and could this possibly be fixed in the database tables? Or is the only way to make RMAs and new invoices...that will be quite some job so would very much appreciate some fast response to my question if someone has some ideas. Thanks in advance,Marika Solgård-Olli

Our Customer wants tereplace in description sign ‘_’ by sign ‘ ‘ (space). He uses RM function Find and replace entering value source sign: \_ destination value ‘ ‘ (space - blank sign) But in result system replaces sign ‘_’ and next one sign.. In result there is fragmentally distroyed description. e.g. ‘A_BEND’ is replaced to ‘A END’  Is it an error or Customer should use another way? Please answer my question if someone knows an answer

Could someone please advice is there a way to setup the tax code in a way that it is automatically fetched to the lines of the “Manual Supplier Invoice” based on the tax code defined in the “Supplier for Purchase Part” window, rather than based on the tax code defined in the "Supplier” window. (In IFS Apps 8)Currently, in the “Manual Supplier Invoice”, the tax code is fetched based on the “supplier” screen data. Please see the below screenshots. The requirement is to fetch the tax code based on the “Supplier for Purchase Part” window.1. Tax code fetched in the “Manual Supplier Invoice”. (B0) 2. Tax code in the “Supplier” window (B0) 3. Tax code in the “Supplier for purchase part” window (B1) Thank you.

Please would you assist me with the recommended display resolutions settings for Astea 15.1, specifically the PSA Gantt charts, we have a project where we are unable to see the scroll bars on the project Gantt Chart and I am not sure if this is an application display issue or the user display settings?
