I can not Deliver an order

Hello,

I am trying to invoice one order and I made already the pick up but now I want to Deliver the order and the option it’s not available.

Hi @Ana Figueiredo,

 

Just as i thought. You need to Go to the particular Shipment and perform the remaining of the order processing. (Complete shipment and Deliver the shipment)

 

 

After you deliver, you can go back to quick order flow and Invoice as usual

 

Please let me know if that works well

Are you using the quick order flow? Check if this is connected to a shipment?

Can you attach a screenshot?

Hi,

Thanks for your help. This ir not my normal funcitions but people are on holidays and I really need to invoice. I made all the steps and this order is the only one with this problema. Check enclosed

Go back to the customer order RMB header and see if this option is available for you ?
