I am trying to find a way for splitting a repair shop order generated for a repair line but I am not able to do it. Also, it would be an alternative solution to manual peg a repair shop order to a CRO Repair line but i can't do it either. Could you help me, please? Any suggestion?

At the moment it is not possible to split CRO pegged shop orders in the standard application.
If you are going to conduct a repair using multiple Shop Orders then you will have to create multiple repair lines in the CRO and proceed. Otherwise, I believe you will have to go for a customization here to achieve your exact requirement.
