Hi, for our customer (15.4.7), the Data Handler Dispatcher is sometimes down (3 times last week). Does this problem happens for other customers and do you know why it stops ?
Last saturday, Data Handler Dispatcher has stopped at 9 PM, while there was no activity on Alliance.

Yes, other customers have experienced the service stoppage but there is no consistent pattern. In order to even begin to investigate this, you will need to log a case in the support portal and the next time it goes down, capture all the memory dumps of the running services. I believe your company has the powershell script to do this already. These captures must be done PRIOR to restarting any services as the memory dump is not possible after the restart it refreshes the services memory.
