My company uses team structure, and currently has Priority to Team and Supervisor Setup and access is based on Team and Supervisor Setup, I would like the HR team members to access all employees and be able to approve and authorize employee time,  I can add their records as indirect supervisor under Supervisor section of Employee file and give access but there are around 1000 employees, Is there are any other ways to do it easily?

If you have a company setup the easiest would be to create and grant a role access to whole company and enable with them a permission set to approve the time registration which is covered under “BIZ_Manager” 

​@Ravindu.Herath Thank you for the response, Access roles are already in place but the company takes priority to team and not the organization setup, looking for a way to do it for team structure

For this purpose you can use the “Rolebased Access groups”
