Getting the error below when trying to add the contact to the account via CRM Panel outlook. Sometimes it works when I have a type prospect , but when I have a type customer I have always this the error.

Hope this issue is given in Register Contact page which is open after clicking on plus button of a unsaved email contact. And is this happening when you select the “New” option or when you select a existing customer record?

This is probably because you have not filled the Address 1 field which should have set mandatory from Adress Setup page. The Address 1 field is supposed to be shown under the Address when the country is selected as per the Address Layout configured in Address Presentation.
I noticed that there seems to be no option for saving the contact without creating a new address connected to the customer, which would be an issue we need to look into.
Please let me know if it helps and meanwhile, I will check further if this is a defect we need to fix.
