Connectivity messages stuck in Released Status

Dear Community,

We are using MHS invoices between our entities in the last 5 years, without any major issue un our IFS Apps10 UPD 21 version.

But it looks the messages stuck in Released status form 15th of October.

Unfortunately the RMB functions are not available, and not sure what is the reason.

I found this community thread, but that did not help to our issue:

Do you have any idea how we can restart the process of Connectivity Outbox Messages?

Hi @bapehu

Check the database processes and verify if the outbox processing process is scheduled and last date is updated properly.

if the process is broken, or last date is of a past date, try to RMB, Reactivate.

This was the issue:

After I used RMB/Reactivate, all connectivity out messages went through as expected!
