Hi all,

I have a custom page in IFS which sits within ‘Quality’, however despite a user having full access to the permission set they still cannot view the page. I assume this is something related to refreshing the page/security cache to pick up the newly added user?

Thanks,

R

Given that you are in Apps9, I don’t think the Aurena information will help at all.

Since you’ve created a new page, make sure you have adjusted the profile so that the page is visible from the profile, sometimes it can simply be hidden even though the permissions are there.  Also, make sure to refresh the Security and Dictionary caches, I’ve had that update artificially block the view for a period of time as well.  You may also need to clear the cache information on the user machine too.

The worst case is then changing the profile to a different one or swapping permissions with a user who can see it one by one until you locate what is blocking it.
