Fatal error while saving Application Message.

I got this error in Application Message when I try to Print Order.

I tried to find it in Oracle Alert Log but unable to find the relevant.

How can I get this mentioned details from alert log?

Hi @MitDenukN,

It is referring to the J2EE alert log in Application Server.

You can find it in below location in your application server host:

\\<IFS_HOME>\instance\<InstanceID>logs\j2ee\

There are other log files as well such as ifsapp log, batch processor log etc. in this folder. You can look in all of them to find a clue.
