I’m trying to print crystal report from ifs, it is customized report .what this error means.

When working on Customer Contracts, you can expand the OOS (Objects of Services) in tree view and then zoom into a line to look at the details but when you return to the tree view, the lines always collapse back to level 1, so then you have to expand it again, so if you are working on a lot of lines, you spend a lot of time just expanding the OOS each time.  This is particularly difficult if working on a contract with over 100 lines because then you have to click on the “ignore retrieve limit” box and then confirm two dialog boxes before it will expand. Is there any option we can set to enable the tree view to remain expanded each time we return to it?

Hi All I created a Document class under which I plan to connect a certain set of documents to either PO header or line (or both) in the future. Now I need to give all IFS users in my organization ‘View Only’ access to this Doc Class. I read the following post and the answer by @Thilini Kumarasinghe and noticed that PO is not among the standard object types available for access control.   Can anybody guide me through the steps on how should I do this with regards to the access setup? Thank You

Hello, hope y’all are doing well.  When creating Purchase Orders and Invoices, there is a functionality called “Multiple Tax Lines”, that is selected if there is more than one tax code connected to the invoice line. The question is, if there are more than one VAT code connected, how to distinguish the tax basis of each code? Thanks in advance

Hi all,I have an issue with a requisition to order for a purchase requisition. I’m receiving an error for no revision found for inventory part ‘******’ . An eng revision was added against the inventory part, yet still receiving an error. Does a new req need to be created or what could the cause be? I checked the API that relates to this error message and it checks for an eng revision using wanted receipt date (which the req has), part no and contract.Any ideas of what could be causing the error? Thanks,Robert

Is there a way to automatically get the current version on a a given FSM TESTinstance for a Managed Cloud customer? By automatic I mean, by an http request (eg api) that could be run by a script?

Hi all, We experience a slower performance on our Test Environment, and when looking into what could have caused this, we ran into below query: SELECT 1FROM (SELECT M.APPLICATION_MESSAGE_ID,XMLCAST(XMLQUERY('$mb/*:Envelope/*:Body/REPLICATION/SENDER_MESSAGE_ID' PASSING XMLTYPE(B.MESSAGE_VALUE, NLS_CHARSET_ID('AL32UTF8')) AS "mb" RETURNING CONTENT) AS NUMBER)SENDER_MESSAGE_ID FROM FNDCN_APPLICATION_MESSAGE_TAB M, FNDCN_MESSAGE_BODY_TAB B, FNDCN_APPLICATION_MESSAGE_TAB QWHERE M.STATE = :B2AND M.APPLICATION_MESSAGE_ID = B.APPLICATION_MESSAGE_IDAND Q.QUEUE = M.QUEUE AND Q.APPLICATION_MESSAGE_ID = :B1AND B.SEQ_NO = 1ORDER BY M.APPLICATION_MESSAGE_ID DESC FETCH FIRST 100 ROWS ONLY)WHERE SENDER_MESSAGE_ID = :B3 Anyone having any idea what this query is doing? We see this query on our two environments that have UPD9 installed, not on the environments that are still on UPD7.

Is it possible to set the default “Renewal Option” to be rather than ?  We always use either “Not Renewable” or “Renewable even when Obsolete” and rarely use just “Renewable”, if ever.Currently we are changing that setting using an escalation overnight but it would be better if the default was correct in the first place.

Excuse my lack of knowledge here, its a bit specific for me so could use some help.We have a situation where someone is trying to allocate cash but they are unable to select the open invoice to offset the payment against. When we try to select the invoice its not appearing in the selection. I checked the invoice and it seems it was originally offset with a supplier invoice, but that transaction appears to have been rolled back: Any ideas how i can allocate the open payment to the open invoice?

In the F1 helptext for Prepayment Based Invoice, we find below, But still, we can create a Prepayment Invoice for the CO. Yet when we print the invoice report, we notice some incorrect tax calculations. Invoice lines look like below,So maybe we are facing this tax calculation issue due to above mentioned prerequisite, but why? What is the idea behind above highlighted prerequisite on a functional stand point?

Hi, We have the event Document Ready for Approval, and one of our customer’s would like to exclude some users or group of user to receive mail from this Event. This works for one user if we define it under the conditions. The user will not get any mails. They would like to know how to exclude persons in a certain Document Group (Person group). Thanks and Best Regards,Thilini

Hello, Has anyone come across and resolved this issue?  Our user reported the following: I am creating a Custom Navigation Link to go from a Business Opportunity to the Customer - CRM page passing the Customer ID Parameter.  In UPD7, i had no issues with this because both sides of the equation were using the Aurena Field names Source and Destination parameters:  In UPD9, I am having an issue with it because on the destination side they are using the Oracle Field which does not pass correctly into Aurena. Unfortunately, when you leave the field like this, the search doesn't work for the new page.  Thank you,Joann
