Our customer wants to have a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) with IFS Applications 10.

I am aware, that we had something like that as a specific customization in older versions. But is there something like that for IFS 10?

We had CTI integration of legacy IFS tracks under CRM within the sales and marketing client.

CTI functionality was integrated to S&M core application. CTI had been included in core release as a part of S&M setup in IFS App75 and App8

Apart from core S&M, there were some CTI integration modifications also available in APP9  , Eg  G1693286

As you are an IFS employee , please reach to the contact persons in below APP10  LCS cases

which has requests for CTI integration.

have you found a solution? Is there also information about CTI connections in relation to Cloud 21R1/21R2 @Manoj Ruwanhewa and @Technical Toby?

I have not seen any progress in the IFS Case mentioned earlier.

 

But from my point of view, it has to be created via customization as we do not offer any default interface by now.
