Hi,

I have a published Quick Report, which now needs to be deleted/unpublished.

The only options available to me are shown below:

Is there a procedure I can follow to delete or unpublish an existing Quick Report?

Hi @LOL , from what I know, you cannot unpublish a Quick report, but can delete it.

For this go to the Report Definition as app owner and delete, then save.

I believe removing the permissions would also be an option if you are talking about no user needs to have access to it. (Revoke permissions via Presentation Object Grants)

In Apps 9 ( I think it’s the same in most versions)

Publish simply adds the report to pretty much all of your permission sets.

I don’t think you really need to ‘Unpublish’ just delete it.

If you want to keep the report but hide it then go into manage grants and remove all (except your admin profile)

You can select all (or some) and RMB
